You don't know what you're missin' [o, Dimitri return] - Dimitri - 09-18-2018

He was curled under the tree's roots, green eyes watching out for her. Dimitri had been on edge because of her- Dagon had told him they've suffered through worse than this new alter. He should just make it clear who's in charge and get it over with. Dimitri sucked in a breath, listening for her light pawsteps. "Dimitri! Where are you! I'm not going to hurt you!" Why did his brain model a new alter off his abusers? He understood why she had split from Donovon, at least. Donovan was his positive romantic alter, and Desdemona was a negative romantic alter. She sounded like his mother. She looked like his mother. Dimitri saw her paws in front of him. Take charge. Okay, okay, he could do this. Dimitri leaped from the roots, going for her legs and tumbling Des over. The female kicked at his underbelly, Dimitri's claws in her shoulders and biting at her legs. "Isn't this a familiar position to you?!" She screeched, as Dimitri drew her blood, her paw in his mouth as she clawed at his face. Dimitri pulled on her leg and dragged his claws across her chest, she screeched again and Dimitri heard the eventual scream of "I yield!" He dropped her, taking a step away as her blood left his paws. "You try so hard to not be your father Dimitri... but when you're pushed... you fight just like him." He spit at her, walking away as Desdemona, defeated, stood to follow. Dimitri vanished. He woke up in his messy, cluttered cabin. There was more alcohol strewn about, noticiably by his bed. It was early in the morning, he could hear birds chirping outside as the light casted over his face. He stood, smelling Dagon's bottles and walking outside. He saw the burned impression of a message, the distant scent of a fading, strnager presence. Blood and Snowbound, and some other scent. "Guys? Where's everyone at?" Dimitri's disappearance honestly made Atbash feel bad. He had clearly wanted to be with her and while she held no romantic attraction for him, she probably honestly could have done better in trying to convey her message. It took a lot out of somebody to admit their feelings to another person and Atbash had been put on the spot and honestly had no time to prepare how to properly reply. Unfortunately, her words seemed to cause so much distress in Dimitri that he had hidden away inside his mind. It was horrible, knowing that she was the cause of that, but luckily Dimitri's alters didn't really seem to hold that against her. In fact, they almost seemed aware of the fact that she wasn't attracted to men. Dimitri hadn't been here whenever Stryker came back and brought The Pitt with him, essentially taking over Snowbound. Atbash was worried that the tom would come back during the takeover and cause him to go more crazy or to hide himself away for a longer period of time. Luckily, though, Dimitri had stayed hidden away but that did mean Snowbound had to deal with Dagon the most. But hey, he helped with the rebellion so he wasn't entirely a prick. What Atbash was worried about, however, was Dimitri's return. She didn't know if the alters shared their memories or how that worked but if he didn't know what happened and saw the wounds and scars that were inflicted upon her... would he go into hiding again? Atbash happened to exit her cabin just as Dimitri came out of his own and her ears pricked at the sound of the tom's voice. Her heart skipped a beat upon realizing it was Dimitri, not Dagon or Daisy or any other of his alters. It was Dimitri and he looked absolutely confused and concerned over things. Atbash bit her lip slightly before she decided to walk over to the Polarheart, her head hanging low, almost as if she was trying to hide the side of her face that was scarred. "Dimitri, hey!" The Hailcaller said, trying to sound cheerful. "Welcome back." bio | female | hailcaller [leader] of snowbound © madi

Dimitri visibly jumped at her voice, ears folding back and defenses going up. It wasn't her fault, he was just high strung from his own head pushing him around. "H- Hey." You can't have her. He didn't feel anything now. The picture that had been his dresser was gone, even. Maybe that was Desdemona's twisted way of helping him get over it. Beating him up and being mean. Dimitri, it's okay. "....What happened? It smells bad around here." He eyes casted over to their house, and looked over at Dakota's garden, how the flowers were dying and drooping. "Did no one watch the garden?" I'm SORRY, I was BUSY!

Re: You don't know what you're missin' [o, Dimitri return] - NUI HARIME - 09-30-2018

FEMALE SNOWBOUND POLARHEART! 狡猾 / THE SLY TITLES: SNOWFLAKE, EVERGREEN, BLIZZARD, TEMPEST
"Guys? Where's everyone at?"
"i'm here!" a sickeningly sweet croon answered dmitri's call later, followed by the flurry of snow kicked up from powerful feet as muscles bunched under her legs. long before the pitt came a-knocking, dmitri was gone. the only one left? dagon with his harsh words and tough, outer shell. she did not know why dmitri had failed to return; it was probably for the best that he had not. he would only return to paltry bloodshed and starvation and misery. her knowledge of dmitri and his psyches were cloyed by ignorance, though she longed to understand, if only to cure her selfish curiosities. the icestriker did not know why he-- all seven of him intrigued her so. dmitri and his others selves. demeaning because she saw him and his seven characters as only the mystery. the enigma. a puzzle to solve, and not one of actual living, breathing blood and flesh. a question was upon her pink little tongue-- an inquiry as to who this was. who stood before her in the familiar body. yet with a different persona? atbash's call was quick to answer that question, and it was only then that she blinked in understanding. dmitri. last she had saw this form, daisy had resided in it-- a stark contrast from dagon who spoke in soft tones and gentle whispers. "welcome back, mon ami," with furred lips curling into her familiar, trademark smile, she allows a pearly buck tooth to show. the smile comes so easy; so familiar that it slips on like a second skin when he finally addresses the source of the piss poor stench. "the awful smell? it's the unfortunate scent memoir the pittians left behind. stunk up the place for weeks. you were gone for a long while, ange. the pitt-- these awful slavers took over snowbound!" she retold the brief summary with no small amount of feigned, faux horror-- as was expected from her. in reality, she had no concern in her wretched heart for the fools and the victims alike. half time, shallow entertainment at best; and yet it was irony that granted her the plan to liberate them. despite this, she took it up with no small amount of pride. "it was only je who saved us," chest fluttering with megalomaniac pride. she was the one who sounded the call for the revolution. glorious retribution. and then casting a sly glance back at atbash with a bashful look glinting in her eyes. "oh, yes. uh, with the help of everyone too, of course!" What happened? Atbash wasn't sure if she wanted to answer that truthfully. The last time she answered something so bluntly was when he asked her out, and he responded terribly to it. Atbash didn't want Dimitri to disappear again; as much as she enjoyed some of his alters, such as Daisy, but others - like Dagon - not so much. But none of them beat the original, their host. Atbash opened her mouth to respond to Dimitri's question, just as Nui came hopping over, blurting out what happened to Snowbound. The she-cat quickly shut her mouth, biting her lip slightly as Nui briefly explained the events that Dimitri missed. It appeared like he didn't get the memories of his alters, which was strange, but again, honestly Atbash was glad. It meant he wasn't aware of anything that was going on. The downside to that, though, was explaining what happened once he returned. And that day was today, apparently. "N-nobody was seriously hurt." Atbash added quickly to Nui's words, catching the other female's sly gaze for a heartbeat before she looked back over to Dimitri. Other than myself. She added slightly. It was hard to hide the injuries she bore from Stryker; after all, he had tore out one of her eyes. "I-I mean, none of your alters were. Daisy especially was not harmed." Honestly, if any of the Pittians harmed the child, Atbash personally probably would have slaughtered them. Er... attack them at the very least. Murder was something the she-cat likely wouldn't do. That actually brought up an important question; if one of his alters died, could he feel it? Could they even die? As much as Atbash wanted to know the answers, the Hailcaller decided it was best to leave it. Now wasn't the time to ask that, especially given the weight of the news of what happened to Snowbound. Maybe she could ask another day. bio | female | hailcaller [leader] of snowbound © madi

"Pittians?" Don't ask, Dimitri. Ignorance is bliss. Dimitri understood that- Dagon was trying to protect him. Whatever had happened here, it was gone and dealt with. Dimitri's ears flicked back as his eyes finally settled on Atbash's face, tail flicking back and forth. "You.... got hurt." The traitorous thought crossed his mind- I should've taken that for you. You don't owe her ANYTHING. You don't need to do ANYTHING for her. Stop it. You're over it. "I uh- kind of figured. Did- Did Dagon give any trouble? He means well, he can just be... mean about it." That's putting it lightly. "We helped with fighting back, right? One of us?" His eyes casted back to the garden, seemingly distracted, flicking his tail and padding over to it, inspecting the weeds and dead sprouts. "Didn't even get a chance..." "You... got hurt." That was putting it lightly. Atbash was, for lack of a better term, practically disabled. The she-cat could still see out of her remaining eye, but it definitely was putting a damper on things nowadays. Although most of the wounds Stryker and his goons inflicted healed, there was no way in hiding the scar on the side of her face. The socket was closed, of course, but that still didn't change the fact that there were large claw marks on that side. Thankfully the wound seemed to heal properly, but that was all thanks to Izuku before he disappeared. Atbash worried about him and prayed to the stars that The Pitt didn't end up murdering him. And it'd be my fault. She was the reason The Pitt invaded in the first place. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Atbash mentally snapped at herself, flicking her ears as she focused on Dimitri's words. "Yes, I... believe Dagon is the one who fought." She responded. "I'll help fix up the garden, I promise." She went on quickly, trying to change the subject.
