Dimitri visibly jumped at her voice, ears folding back and defenses going up. It wasn't her fault, he was just high strung from his own head pushing him around.

He didn't feel anything now. The picture that had been his dresser was gone, even. Maybe that was Desdemona's twisted way of helping him get over it. Beating him up and being mean.

"....What happened? It smells bad around here." He eyes casted over to their house, and looked over at Dakota's garden, how the flowers were dying and drooping. "Did no one watch the garden?"
