Conflict was an extremely controversial conflict for Wendell, hence the wolverine knew diddly-squat about current politics and events. It was impossible to live life nowadays without some anti-christ wannabe rummaging through others’ things and taking people’s lives. Why couldn’t people embrace harmony? Why was it so damn hard to have half the decency to comprehend that life is better when you’re free of worry? A factor in him being so quiet around here was because of the drama, though bantam, he had with this place in the past. However, with fucking dinosaurs running wild now, he’d have to get involved at some point, whether others recognize him for it or not.
The Typhoon. What a bad name. From his understanding, a typhoon was a tropical storm from the pacific, yet they are more of an annoyance over threat - that is, until deadly reptiles became involved. If there’s a person in that group who’s consciously allowing pets to come onto Sunhaven’s turf and kill people, those overgrown lizards had to be put down, as Wendell sure as hell wasn’t going to start living in fear of dying again. His brows furrowed at the sheer thought of it. That’s what became of his previous habitat, and he did not want Sunhaven to fall under the same category.
"That’s all, then?" he’d murmur with a tone of disappointment. No justice, no nothing? He’d guess Owen would get his comeuppance in sweet time, but until then, it was stay in camp or leave with a buddy. Not satisfactory, to put it lightly.
