it has been moons since Ament and his siblings stumbled free of their eggs, which is to say that it has been years to them. Already so many discoveries have reached fruition, and this new land was just bursting with different things to explore. WHat kind of prey was here? What kind of things could he get away with? How far exactly, did the void descendant's shadow reach? here? It did not necessary matter much, mother was back home, but there was someone else who's very being trembled with power here. Ament and his sister's have lived under the gentle thrum of power long enough to mimic it well enough on their own.
Not too far from where their old home was- in the general direction to getting there- ament stood vigilant. His darker plumage lay flat and smothered- blending within the dark browns of the forest around them. Sister's similarity lying in wait- but ament lay in the open because he could. Soot-colored head swinging in the shadow's as something skittered by- too small to hold interest- but something else farther still. Something hopefully bigger.
Small ivory tusks scraped the undergrowth nearby, and ament felt a tremble of excitement shake his small frame. 'is this good? ' Ament's own babel was directed at his sister's keeping his voice low as not meant to spook the prey yet. For now- it could've been mistaken for bird calls. FOr now- the boar remained there. Contenting on it's merry way in looking for roots.
/preferably wait for one of the other raptor's to respond! ^^
