much like her sootfaced brother, she itches for the prospect of a hunt. her snout is peeled back, effectively tasting the sharp and crisp air around them. she can smell prey-- substantial prey. one that will feed the pack, and one that would prove as a challenge of sorts. a test-- though the utahraptors are designed to take down food, sustenance far larger than they. taking it down would be of little issue, she thinks rather self-assuredly to herself. exodus directs her attention to the scent of the beast that has caught her brother's attention. her body shifts lightly with anticipation and thought, imagining the phantom taste of meat on her tongue with much eagerness. "i think it shall do," her response is easeful, decided, but it is that alpha that gets the final decision-- a decision that exodus will wait patiently for. Talyn could often be found watching the sands - waiting to ward away the serpent beasts of this 'apophis' but they oddly felt like a darker kin in a way for all that he saw them, Rizer had confirmed it - or perhaps odd deities and eldritch creatures could recognise the presence and taint of one another. then again the 'serpent god' apophis of this pantheon they'd found now was rumoured to bring about the endtimes - so perhaps a tangential link between world enders and the aspects of the end was merely showing itself. he ruminates on this at the border edge of the forest in their home - though he wonders if his cousin raptor species are nearby, the smaller creatures having been found upon their territory not so long ago - allied raptors, so War had not been too concerned, yet distinctly lacking the usual speech pattern among the others he finds, hm. /he'll notice y'all when you're on the move hunting prey ofc unless its him then i'll adjust accordingly oof [align=center]HYMN OF RUIN TALYN HARBINGER Count bodies like sheep to the rhythm of the war drums © ceilidh
