Even though his staying was simply a "no other option" type of thing.
Following after Nui, he would listen to her words once more, nodding his head as she spoke of sticking closer to her, and how there were some that would try to attack him. He put it in his head to try and remember to ask why that was the case later, and why there were some that were less friendly than those at the border, but at the moment he'd simply stay quiet, listening to her words, only finally speaking when she mentioned his name.
