the devil's backbone
DENIZ "PINCHER" ROUX — MALE — THE TYPHOON — CAPTAIN — DOBERMAN
pincher was never really a family man. he did genuinely care for the ones that he was able to call family but due to his father's rough and tough upbringing, pincher was unable to really connect well enough with pretty much anybody in the typhoon. even when he reunited with his twin brother; daphne, pinch had hardly connected himself to the point that he knew everything about daphne or vice versa. he was alone in this world with multiple friends and acquaintances but not really having the ability to place his full trust onto anyone that he currently knew of. perhaps, in the far future he would be able to settle down with someone trustworthy, someone that did not gamble with his heart. as cruel and fierce the captain was, he desired to have someone by his side and even little children running around. yet for now, he remained in solitary confinement with his bubbling thoughts that floated lazily inside his head. alone until he managed to hear the sudden familiar ringing of the gate bell that was at the entrance of the island's vast territory.
raising his obsidian colored head, the muscular doberman narrowed his vibrant azure blue eyes towards the distance. it was odd that he couldn't really make out the figure of who was making the noise since they were smaller than what he usually expected. gnawing gently on the butt of his lit cigarette, the scarred male heaved himself from his laying position to a standing one. after a few decent stretching movements to loosen his slightly sore form, pincher began to trot lightly towards the commotion that managed to have woken him up. not that he minded really, at least there was something to do than just lay around and bask in the warm sun all day. once he reached the massive gates, his cool ocean colored gaze fell to the ground when he noticed it was a snake. an...anaconda? his left nonexistent eyebrow quirked up in a questioning manner as he chewed more onto his cigarette, a coy light grin tracing his muzzle as the doberman inquired warmly "aye, who the hell are you and what do you think you're doing here?" leaning back onto his powerful back haunches, the captain exhaled a long puff of smoke up in the air before turning his attention back to the serpent, awaiting an answer to his question.
