The stone makes her uncomfortable, she cannot see the sky and she cannot feel the earth - and how is she supposed to heal without her connection to the world around her? Herbs are of course, something that she use, but she is a shaman. The land and her need to work together.
It is for that reason she uses her own home as a clinic. The skylight in her roof gives a view of the sky, she surrounds her home with plants. Some are poisonous and some are not, some are merely aesthetic whilst some are vital. Her room looks like an organised mess, everything has it's place but the place is confusing and disjointed to anyone not familiar with its layout. Only Temulin is, tending to her garden day by day and night by night. That being said, her blankets and bedding is set up as a cover for her herbs and supplies, laid out in the doorway.
The angelic hound leaves a sign outside her door, "checkups open for the day", and waits for people to arrive. She hopes that they will and she won't have to force them into the clinic at knife point.
