north star / open & checkups - CELESTE G.M. - 08-21-2018 [align=center][div style="width: 540px; text-align: justify; font-family: helvetica; font-size: 9pt; line-height: 1.4;"]The temple is something that Temulin likes to avoid. The stone makes her uncomfortable, she cannot see the sky and she cannot feel the earth - and how is she supposed to heal without her connection to the world around her? Herbs are of course, something that she use, but she is a shaman. The land and her need to work together. It is for that reason she uses her own home as a clinic. The skylight in her roof gives a view of the sky, she surrounds her home with plants. Some are poisonous and some are not, some are merely aesthetic whilst some are vital. Her room looks like an organised mess, everything has it's place but the place is confusing and disjointed to anyone not familiar with its layout. Only Temulin is, tending to her garden day by day and night by night. That being said, her blankets and bedding is set up as a cover for her herbs and supplies, laid out in the doorway. The angelic hound leaves a sign outside her door, "checkups open for the day", and waits for people to arrive. She hopes that they will and she won't have to force them into the clinic at knife point. Re: north star / open & checkups - ADAKIAS - 08-21-2018 [align=center][div style="width: 450px; text-align: justify; margin-top: -8px; padding-right: 8px; font-family: verdana;"][size=8pt] The words coming from the angelic hound sparked interest within Sylvina’s curious mind and she quickly trekked over, ears perked towards Temulin as she entered the female’s home, heading towards the room in which the so called check up would happen. The Bengal believed she was an image of perfect health, yet then again it had only been a week ago that her body contracted a cold of some sorts. Perhaps she ought to get cleared from any and all sicknesses — Afterall, she was quite adamant about keeping her body in perfect health. Re: north star / open & checkups - MARCELLUS - 08-21-2018 Recently Marcellus had been dealing with his sickness that lasted for a few months before it finally started to clear up. Here and there he would end up in bouts of coughing but more or less they were slowly going away, nothing more than a few hours in between each one that came out his mouth. On top of his sickness clearing up, it was slowly becoming better in the sense that his strength was returning to him and he was no longer pale like a ghost, vibrant color returning to his pelt that was slowly beginning to grow sleek again instead of the ragged type back when he was first sick. His nose was no longer runny anymore and he felt a lot better, able to go back to his daily routines of jogging, sparring, all that other good physical activity. However, it didn't hurt to get checked out again to make sure he was truly ridden of the cold that plagued him before. He had seen Aita before these checkups to help his throat when he burned it with tea, her giving him honey to cool off his throat a bit. He had to admit that it did damage his throat a little but nothing that wasn't too far from being healed.
At the sound of the call the king cheetah began to limp up, his eyes looking over to Sylvina briefly before he went to wait in line with the Pincher kid, settling down on the ground slowly. He would need to get his twisted leg checked as well considering he never had a checkup on it before, needing to make sure he was good of infections due to how many wounds covered it. Shifting uncomfortably, the male gave a small cough and shifted his limp leg out from under his body, waiting patiently for the healer to call him in. Re: north star / open & checkups - Character Graveyard. - 08-21-2018 Kirishima couldn't remember the last time he'd been sick. He had gotten a lot of injuries- both minor and major since he had awoken in this new world, but the odd thing he hadn't gotten sick. He supposed that was how the logic of this strange world worked. The Beta had noticed the check-up signs that Temulin had placed in front of her home (or clinic) and he had decided to walk in, along with Sylvina and Marcellus, before he would let out a relaxed sigh and he would await for his turn to be checked on. He was certain he was healthy but it wouldn't hurt anyone to make sure. tags :: updated 7/26: |
