i know for the medicine guild (to go with what u said as far as i remember and someone else mentioned it in the discord) i was thinking one of their traditions could go along with assigning certain values/properties to different flowers and herbs (as they have in real life with like the language of flowers) and that they would burn those at the burnings for whatever reason... they could even make bouquets to represent each guild/sunhaven as a whole when burned or uhhh smth like that
