specificallyyy for the founding festival! it's to celebrate sunhaven's beginning and becoming official and all of that, so i want it to center on sunhaven-specific things. i was thinking we could do a giant marketplace for other groups to visit OR an idea that lexi suggested where they sail out to other clans to trade. i also don't know exactly the setup of the fesitval but i want it to be BIG, not necessarily in quantity but high levels of involvement (so not necessarily lots of threads/events, just a few that people will actually post in). somehow i want to give each of the guilds an event 'slot' for whatever they'd like to do, but it'd be cool if they could all come forward with something to contribute to sunhaven's overall culture (like the art guild making flags that represent sunhaven/the guilds, an idea that's already been brought up) or even guild-specific traditions n such. lastly, the closing event will tie in the religion (as we haven't done much with it yet) and will be the first ceremonial burning at the mountains' peak.  i've got lots of thoughts about all of this, but before i dive into them i want to hear what everyone else thinks about what's good, what's bad, and what we could add/change.

but also i'd like feedback for other stuff just in general? the topics that are my priority rn are 100% the shops and guilds and really solidifying those as aspects of the clan that everyone participates in. though they're fully set up i'm still working to integrate them and get people excited about them so that they want to open a shop or be involved in the guilds, so any thoughts regarding that would be a+. that said, if you have feedback about anything from the community, the clan itself, or new ideas, let me know!
