Whenever she's not sleeping on the dock, she's sleeping on the beach. Much of the white tigress' life happens during the colder nights, with the days spent mostly in a heap of sleeping scars and fur, so still she becomes that she can be mistaken for one of her own taxidermied animal figurines. It's only when Monroe's voice echoes across the coast, cresting high above the gentle crashing of waves, does the heap of fur show signs of life, twisting and turning around as it rolls over and stretches as far as her limbs would let her, muscles rippling underneath the intricately carved skin, strong jaws parting to make way for a pleased yawn.
Lips smacking back together, Ja'sunna's lids peel apart over her vermilion eyes, scanning the coast lazily before spotting both Stellamaris and Monroe. They seem to be in a fuss, and the Hearthkeeper decides to investigate—she has nothing else to do, anyway. Grumbling under her breath, she twists onto her paws and wanders over, leaving large footprints on the sand carved perfectly to the shape of her paw-pads. Still in a state of drowsiness, she isn't exactly thinking straight, and only goes by the first thing that pops up in the forefront of her brain.
She's hungry, and there's an octopus on the cat-fish's face. It's an easy decision.
Ja'sunna, looking as famished as she feels, parts her jaws and attempts to latch onto the head of the octopus to take a swift but half-starved bite.
