Snowbound, so that was what this place was called, it was quite lovely. And ironic according to Killua, but her own name was pretty ironic as well. The response she had received was rather positive, although a bit alarming. "Alright, thank you."
the girl would say, hiding her misgivings. Just anyone could join this place, which was a good thing for her, but there were some real weirdos out there. Not that she had ever met any, but she had heard stories. Perhaps it was best not to dwell too much on stories though, who knew how much of them was actually true? Most of them had seemed pretty exaggerated, but she could not be the judge of that, after all, the girl had lived a sheltered life. Hopefully this place would not ruin her.
As the boy before her stated his own name, the girl's smile would grow the slightest. "That's a lovely name, mister Killua." She had never had any friends, so the girl wouldn't know for sure, but compliments were nice, right? She wouldn't complain if anyone told her that her name was nice, though she was named after a city, so it wasn't really all that creative or impressive. But Killua had a nice flow to it, it was pretty, unique too.
As the next stranger came to greet her, London couldn't help but feel puzzled by his words. Her timing hadn't been the best it seemed, as a blanket of stars lay across the night sky but she hadn't wanted to be on her own in an unknown region during the night, this was safer. Right? And why shouldn't she be able to handle clan life? Was it more dangerous than living on her own might be, it didn't seem like it to her. Strength in numbers was a pretty well known saying, especially if she knew it, surely it held some merit. "I think I'll be alright, thank you for your concern." And what did he mean with Dollface? Was there something wrong with her face or was that a compliment? His words were so strange, did all the locals speak the same way? Killua didn't seem to, she could understand him perfectly fine, but this Jerseyboy was messing with her head. "It's lovely to meet you, sir."
