It was cold, as per usual, but it was nothing that he couldn't handle. After growing up in a region plagued by winter storms and harsh blizzard-like conditions, the numbness of his pads were pretty much a normal sensation by now. He trudged through the icy ground, wondering why the hell was he even out right now. Jerseyboy was a bit of a night owl, but wandering through the snow just wasn't worth it. He pricked his ears, having overheard someone, and as he neared the border he realized that it was a newcomer. From what he could see in the dim lighting, it was some sort of "small-big cat" with light-colored fur and striking eyes. She looked youthful, perhaps too youthful for his personal tastes. Hm.
"A lil' risky walkin' out here in the dark, now ain't it?" The tom started, suddenly appearing in the open. He rested his olivine gaze onto the clouded leopard before adding, "And yeah, you can join- if you think you can handle it, Dollface." She had said that the whole clan scene was new to her, correct? To be fair, so was he, but he had street-smarts. This girl sounded like she escaped some posh mansion of sorts and was trying to navigate the wilderness. He blinked and said, "Name's Jerseyboy, don't wear it out."
