MONROE
MALE — SUNHAVEN — SUNBEARER — HARD
Well, his day had been going pretty smoothly if he had to say so himself. Though he was still attempting to pick out his quarters he was enjoying life on land again. Or as much of it as he could until he had to delve back into the sea for a little R and R. But being up here brought back old members, seeking family brought back painful memories and it was a trial that he would have to endure till he was able to get over it. After all they didn't know who he was and that was a good thing in his book. The less they knew the better and he doubted they would believe that their beautiful sister had been turned into this hideous creature. He was fine. He'd lived like this so far and despite formerly hating it and cursing the very thing around his neck for causing it the mutant had become resigned to his fate. Life was a bunch of crap and learning to accept it was what got him through most days. It was just life. Thickly webbed paws pressed against one of the wooden boardwalks and he hauled himself up from the teaming waves, jaws full of kelp. What he was going to do with it was a mystery but he had it and he was dragging it across the ground toward the outer banks of the area.
That was until he heard the smallest of voices. He blinked pearl colored eyes, pupil widening just a bit before he tilted his head a little bit in surprise. There were kids here? Lifting his head up the mutated cat quickened his pace a bit, dragging the long stretches of kelp behind him because why not. Kids were adorable right? Well, he hoped these were adorable because running into an orca child had not been a very pleasant experience. A bit too feisty that one had been but the images playing in his head still allowed for him to chuckle lightly, a throaty movement because of his full mouth. He peeked around a thick bush to see two fox cubs, one had wings, both of which seemed excited at what they saw. Well, hopefully they wouldn't turn and run at the sight of him. Spitting out the kelp the hairless mutation stepped around the bush to greet them, keeping his muzzle tightlipped for now as he settled down, thick tail curling and asymmetrical fin pressed up against his chest. "Oi, kiddos. What brings ya to Sunhaven? Ya lost? Name's Monroe and I live here with some others."
