with grace in your heart and flowers in your hair
(screams because god, my childhood, nostalgia for VCR tapes comin in strong)
Hazel hadn't ever seen a movie. She knew what they were, had heard of them in stories and songs and such and had a specific image in mind for what the scene of a movie should look like. But this was...so much better. It was like the indoor equivalent to a campfire, cozy and soft and quiet. The entire atmosphere tugged at her bones, lulling her to sleep under the watch of careful darkness and gentle background noise. This setting felt like a safety blanket - like nothing could touch them. Hazel wanted to nestle deep into a cocoon of blankets and never move, watching the movie unfold against the planetarium walls.
The girl happened to wander in at the time Moon was answering Peri's question, so Hazel thought it would be rude to ask twice. Her curiosity did happen to get the better of her as Moon stated that Bast liked rooftop romances, her head tilting in the slightest way as she tugged on her bond with the Seraph, only slightly eager to know if it was true. She didn't wait for him to show up, however, too ready to snuggle amongst the soft blankets and watch the movie. "This was a great idea, Moon." Hazel piped, offering a quick grin in the boy's direction.
