" IT'S FINE NOW. WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE! "
Toshinori didn't think he'd have quite the energy to decorate a cabin, otherwise he might have hopped on the trend already. Still, that was okay. He was fine sleeping in the nooks and crannies he found. It wasn't as if he deserved much more than that, after all.
But... still. The idea of having his own cabin to deck out was rather appealing. He'd found out that he could do that once he'd, ah... talked... to Izuku. Since then, his mind had wandered with possibilities, and honestly the serval just wanted it to look like his old apartment, but there was no way. As far as he could tell, the technology of this world hadn't advanced much past stone pickaxes and such. While he'd miss his cable television, he supposed that as long as he could still make some coffee, he'd be alright.
Toshinori had noticed the commotion in Chromeo's cabin, and if he was honest, he was a bit annoyed by all the noise of dragging furniture around. He figured if he had been sleeping right it wouldn't have been a big deal, but his headache was so painful and the restlessness made him so cranky. Still, he wasn't about to go in and yell at the Snowbounder like some old man, but... maybe he could check things out. He would even offer to help, if it would get rid of the noise quicker, though he wasn't quite sure of his own strength at this point.
The serval went to knock on the door (as best as he could, anyway) after shoving his oversized sweater sleeve out of the way. As soon as he did, though, the noise stopped. The words food break drifted faintly from the inside, and Toshinori's mouth watered against his wishes. He'd stopped eating what he didn't catch himself, which was most of the food around him, considering he was such an inept hunter.
But now his plan was foiled. He figured he could find another way to invite himself in without being weird or something, but... he couldn't really think of one. Oh! Maybe a housewarming gift? But he didn't exactly have anything to present... hm. The feline's shadowed blue eyes glanced around, a bit desperate. Maybe... maybe, he could say he was just meeting his new neighbor. After all, Toshi had just joined himself. He realized he didn't have a cabin to claim for himself, but he could fix that later. Being in the same clan, they were basically neighbors wherever his house would end up standing.
Finally, he rapped his paws on the door, hoping the sound was audible enough.
"Hello?"
