Pincher had a horrible way of viewing family to be fully honest. He had suffered a lot from his father's side, entrapped under the thumb of the tyrannical parent figure without much help. And how could he? He was the captain, the leader that no one should question for he wielded an iron fist without hesitation or concern for others wellbeing. The Typhoon that was now was nothing to what it had been in the past. It had been broken, shattered, and rugged. Members would steal from each other, kill for petty problems, and many other criminal acts that a young child should not see. But as time went on without a regard for the lonely son of the captain, the male slowly adjusted to the explosive lifestyle. He would no longer flinch when he would feel the warm splatter of blood against his pelt nor would he hold a trace of guilt when he was the cause of the bloodloss. It was what his father had wanted all along. A replica of a monstrosity. A frankenstein that came from parts of his fathers and uncle.
However, Pincher had not allowed them to completely define him though he knew it was inevitable for him to be anything else due to the lack of self identity he had. He was a creature, a breathing living creature with feeling and emotions. He had fallen in love many times and had sought desire in many ways including being with females that sought the same. Sadly, the canine knew this was another trait that he had received from his father and uncle. He was a womanizer, charming with his brilliant changing blue eyes and winning smile that could make hearts melt. So it wasn't a surprise that he had been with many and from that were outcomes of children. Hell, how many? He wasn't sure and Pincher feared that some would arrive with a desire for revenge though he could understand. He had not been there for them but due to his constant traveling, Pincher was unable to really be there for anyone. There were times where he would linger but some women would simply leave after a while, a custom that used to tear his heart apart but no longer did since afteall...he didn't have one anymore. And it terrified him that he was still trapped in the shadow of his father for Pincher found difficulty in seeing any differences.
The broad-shouldered figure was stalking through the rich tropical vegetation, his half-lidded oceanic arctic blue gaze locked onto the floor as he contemplated on the very thoughts. His crimson feather softly bounced against his tar black ear, jaws parted to inhale the mixed scents that surrounded him. His long forked tongue flicked out briefly to dig around his rows of teeth, searching for whatever was bugging since he had recently gone out to grab a bite to eat. Just as he was about to head back towards the camp, his hearing catching faint muffled voices through the large elephant ears that blocked his vision from the only entrance that leads to the volcanic island. He raised a fictional eyebrow with curiosity, halting on his path and deciding to turn tail. A possible joiner? Someone lost? A trespasser? He rolled his shoulders as the sleek doberman sucked in a small breath before heading towards the gate with his nerves settling to allow a cool stoic expression to settle over his sharp facial features.
He arrived shortly, his paws now sinking into the soft pale peach sand as he followed after Caesar, hearing them speak about not being to help on something and greeting. He turned his attention towards the stranger and immediatly stiffened, vibrant electric blue gaze locking onto the marbled bengal with heterochromatic eyes. Who...was this? And why did it cause a shiver to snap down his spine as he straightened, ears swiveling forward. He stared for a bit before blinking twice, realizing he must look quite odd standing so stifly. Clearing his throat, the tall captain rumbled "You're looking for your dad? Do you have any recollection of what he looks like? Also name's Pincher. I'm the Captain around here." He wanted to ask where the bengal was from but decided not to intrude in the younger male's privacy as Pincher simply stood among his crewmates, forcing whatever he was feeling to hide beneath his mask.
