So, Margaery was dead. And I had so many tests... Oh well. Oh well. Radeken supposed she should’ve been nearby to help but she doubted anything she could’ve done would have helped prevent this. Not because it was out of her hands but because it was out of anyones and she wouldn’t be convinced otherwise.
Radeken didn’t know what to do so she stood in silence. Was it wrong to hope Margaery wasn’t actually dead only so Radeken wouldn’t have to see her clanmates mope over it? Misery means good business, she reminded herself, thinking of all the poor unfortunate souls that’d come to her for something to forget because oh, boo, death happened. Death happens. When do we clean up? Where do we move the body?
“[color=black]Sorry.” Radeken mumbled, not even bothering to try and look like she was examining Margaery for signs of life because of course there were none, not if Suiteheart was making sounds like that. Radeken pushed aside thoughts about the dietary needs of little baby fur-leeches, trying to memorize the details of this moment so that her notes later would accurately reflect the incident.
