Zesty Strawberry/Lemon Cookies
Type: Dessert
Serves: Four to eight

Ingredients
1 Lemon Cake Mix, preferably Duncan Hines
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 of a tablespoon of lemon extract OR 1/3 of a tablespoon of strawberry extract OR both, edit amount as needed for that proper flavor boost! I use a full spoon to add a pop of flavor!
OPTIONAL red food coloring

Instructions
1. Mix ingredients by hand for a fluffier texture.
2. After doing so, roll your cough into small balls.
3. Roll your balls in powdered sugar.
4. Once rolled in sugar, take a fork and press down on your ball.
5. Place your balls on the pan. DO NOT GREASE PAN.
6. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. (176 degrees Celsius)
7. Once heated up, throw in your cookies! Bake for seven to nine minutes.
8. Pull them out of the oven and let them cool. If you're unsure if they're done, use the toothpick method to check.
9. You're all set! Eat away.
