SO NOTORIOUS !
CAESAR CIPHER. MALE. THE TYPHOON. CREW MATE.
The hell was the Deep Sea Dome? Caesar raised his head at the leader's call for a meeting, sniffing a bit in confusion as he watched NPCs and other members of the Typhoon start walking towards the same area. With a groan, Caesar followed after them and took a random seat in the crowd. He noticed they were all staring at some stranger, who was making announcements. This is the leader? Caesar thought to himself. And he's addressing everybody at once? Ugh, that was disgusting. Back at home, news traveled through the newspaper - or rumors, whichever came first.
First thing that Pincher announced was about how he was taking note of everybody who came to meetings, and how it was a good way to get noticed. Caesar's ears pricked at this, clearly interested at that. Now that was something to note; Caesar told himself to remember that. The next thing he announced was some of the joiners, and Caesar tilted his head at that, noting that he wasn't mentioned. That was... odd. Although granted, he had disappeared for a couple of days, and technically speaking, he hadn't even met Pincher before today. Hell, even back home, Caesar was sure that the King didn't know everybody in his Kingdom, let alone when somebody new was born (since 'joining' wasn't really a thing). The only time people got noticed was if they caused trouble - like Caesar - or through some other dumb method, like signing up to be apart of the King's Guard.
After that, Pincher talked about politics, which slightly interested Caesar. He mentioned how Tanglewood was still their enemies, while The Ascendants and Snowbound were allies. Caesar didn't entirely agree with that, and he twitched his whiskers in disgust. But whatever... He couldn't exactly confront the leader about it, could he? Whatever. In addition to the announcement of allies, there were a couple of events going on, as well. Caesar took a mental note of those, but they definitely didn't sound any fun to him.
Promotions were next. Caesar was quite obviously interested in these, as he straightened up a bit as Pincher started to announce them. However, as he noticed his name wasn't called, the demon's lips curled slightly as he looked over at the ones promoted. Pincher continued to make announcements - about warnings or whatever; Caesar didn't care, as he blocked the leader's words out at this point. NPCs called out their congratulations and condolences, however Caesar just flicked his ears at them.
//Aaa please don't take any of Caesar's thoughts to heart, congrats to everyone promoted!!
