The cattle saw the new commer first, letting nervous calls that cause Cain to turn slowly, humming a quiet time to them. "It's okay, you're safe." He nearly purrs at the cattle to get them to settle again, paying the bew canine less attention as they started go graze or nap again.
The unnamed new commer speaks up,"The wind is going to blow your tent over by morning. Why don't you cozy up in the cart?" Cain looked at his sloppy attempt at building his shelter and sighed. It did look rather weak. As if on que then tent he laid out flattens in a heap. Cain grumbles and stomps over to grab the supplies, tucking it into his wagon.
He hops up on the cart to adjust everything to make it more comfy. He streaches out the pelts to make a nice bed and adjusts the canvas just right so that it could serve as a blanket.
Cain lays down in his cart, facing the stranger, wondering exactly why he was here. "So who are you- don't think I've ever stumbled cross you before." His southern drawl is thick on his words. "You can call me Cain," he watches the brown coated male, taking note of his curly hair and glasses adorning his head. "Did you get lost, or are you seeking someone?" Cain asks, flicking his tail in the cart. He thought about offering his help, but waits to hear from this new canine.
