ATTICUS ROUX -
She was sorry and that was enough. Atticus was not going to pester her any longer. Instead, he listened carefully for her name and dipped his head as she introduced herself. 'Lucedon.' What an interesting name. He had never heard such a name before, letting it register in his head easily. Surely the fact that she barged it made it easier too.
With her introduction cleared up, she asked for his name. It was one he delivered easily and with pride. "Atticus," he responded. "Atticus Roux." The name resonated close to his heart. It resembled the family he had, whether they were gone or close by. He dearly wished more were around, but so be it. The family around him did not need to be by blood anyways, leaving him to sigh after his introduction. Perhaps he should move on from the thought.
He shook his head as she tried to leave. While he was not going to press her to stay, the domestic feline was not keen on having her leave either. Whatever she decided on was good with him. Atticus liked to nap, but he also liked to talk with others... sometimes. "You're fine," came his reassuring tone. "But we can go outside if you desire? My place isn't exactly the tidiest." For a moment, he looked around. There was dust on many of the wooden surfaces. Maybe he should clean...
He walked over to the door and pressed against it's frame, opening it slightly for her. "My previous offer of finding you a place also still stands." Atticus was better at navigating the territory than she was... at least he thought so.
