idears:

- kara danvers based? but idk part of me feels like she's too modern for this. at the same time tho, she'd be so shook by everyone and like Human Anxiety tryna be a good person
- penny robinson. like i need her. she's ginger and done with all these fucks and she misses her family but she won't admit it. probably older though? b/c i don't play sixteen year old's very well rip
- maybe like make rose over here and have it be kinda au where kit's dead? because i do kinda love my free spirit painter girl. might change her name tho? idk

i think i might bring this noodle in tho:

- bianca? isabella? idk which one
- kind of has a similar history to jane? grew up as a sort of slave, covered in scars, the whole nine yards.
- a lot more of a bad bitch then jane tho? like she'll fuck a bitch up. she kind of goes into survival mode whenever she's threatened or in danger. there's a very visible shift in her and she just turns into a cornered animal.
- doesn't try to hide her scars, and she's fine with people looking at, touching, or asking about them - except for the one on her neck. she's not ashamed of who she was or what she went through, but she is kind of ashamed of some of the things she's done for her freedom, because she believes that evil is only a matter of perspective.
- might make her italian? just b/c of the names and everything. but probably only half, because i'm really feeling that tan skin/dark hair/blue eyes aesthetic.
- can't cook for shit though, pretty much only eats things raw or like cooked oatmeal.
- LOTS of opportunities for dark oneshots from her past. she probably killed some babies/kids during a winter where they would have otherwise starved?
- had a fling with a boy when they were teenagers, kind of similar to the james plot? but he wasn't a plant. found out she'd been sneaking rations for some kids who were starving, there was a reward for finding the thief, and he ratted her out. eventually got into the guards and ended up trying to kill her, but she later on realized he purposely let her live and she's still not really sure whether or not she should be grateful.
- she tries really hard to trust people, but she just has a hard time sometimes? because she keeps getting betrayed over and over again in her life and it's just really hard for her to expect other people to not hurt her?
- definitely had her beth. a super bitchy, super old welsh guy who was always an asshole but also kinda took her in when she was dying and their relationship was 99% "fuck off you asshole" and 1% "wow thanks for saving me from that mountain lion but u still suck"
- at some point, she needs to spit at someone's feet in anger. it just seems like a move that's very Her.

i don't know why, but i've suddenly fallen madly in love with the name virginia pope and the nickname ginny and she's just like,,, tall and blonde and clumsy and giggly and she's got a southern accent and lots of freckles and glasses covered in fingerprints and these really green eyes and she burns everything she cooks and probably can't be trusted to live on her own but she's just trying really hard and all she wants to do in life is make people feel better but she's super afraid of confrontation and she's got twelve cat's that all have people names and like she's all about that mom jean life and and and

- probably from texas, but she wasn't really raised there? she just got her accent from her parents.
- cats are named: bill, bob, jim, steve, jack, willy, tony, peter, charlie, tina, linda, luis, and pepe. they're all fat and just overall annoying but they're her babies and she loves them a lot.
- don't trust her around fire. things will inevitably get burnt.
- she was probably hella fucking sick as a kid? and she definitely has a lot of allergies and she's got the sniffles 5/7 days a week. but she does her best?
- gets excited a lot, tends to accidentally talk louder than intended, giggles a lot
- intense insomniac, lives on coffee and tea. when she does sleep, it tends to be somewhere inconvenient. at a table, in the middle of the woods, in her parked car, etc.
- she lives that sweaters-over-button down blouses live. her style is very a la kara danvers. smart, kinda nerdy, very sweet anr practical.
- can't dance. at all. it's just awkward movements of her limbs that you've got to laugh at because it's so fucking bad.
- also can't sing. she can probably play a really obscure instrument, like the triangle.
- doesn't curse, but says weird things in place of curses, taught that these were bad words and apologizes for them. "shish kebabs!" "jeepers!" "ah, shucks!"
- go to karaoke song is "i like big butts". moderately good at her routine, she's done it for so many years.
- has an inhuman tolerance to spicy food.
- totally believes that dreams have meanings and believes in horoscopes.
