The sun had set by the time Helix finished his sand castle, the moon high in the sky as he lured crabs to the castle, leading them into the ditch that surrounded it (not quite realizing the crabs could just crawl out). The ancient creature smiled - or, well, as much as he could, anyway. The crabs started crawling around the ditch, snipping their pincers together as they did so.
"Haha, yes!" Helix waved his tentacles in satisfaction, taking their actions as a way of these crabs 'worshipping' him. "Bow down to me, crustaceans! I am superior!" They would be food eventually, but of course these creatures did not need to know that; no, he needed to make sure they truly did worship him before he toyed around with their 'belief'.
