Truly, Worm knew that he wasn't supposed to be wandering around just outside of the border of The Pitt, but a large part of him didn't actually care that much right now. Poet's scent was still so fresh leading towards the Pitt, and it filled Worm with such a manic rage that he could barely control himself because of it. Not only had his brother betrayed him, but he had betrayed him and left him to come here, to a place that Worm hated more than anywhere else, filled with people he hated more than anyone else. Truthfully the reason that he was out here now was because he wanted to encounter his brother. He wanted to run into the other lion so that he could scream and so that he could cry, and so he could did his claws into his brother's flesh, and make him pay for abandoning both him and Moth. The thoughts were violent and unlike him, at least most of the time, but they were still there, ever present and taunting him cruelly, reminding him of what a monster he had truly become now. But when he really thought about it, he didn't even really care. He didn't care how savage he bad become, as long as it meant that he could get revenge for the people that had been hurt by the Pitt.
Instead of running into the lion he so desperately wanted to seek his eternal revenge on, Worm instead ended up running into another one of the poor unfortunate souls that had wronged him in the past: Bai Shi. The dragon had ended up injuring and capturing Red, and he was the one that had caused Red's agony at the hands – or paws, rather – of Jervis, who had brutally tortured the gorilla. Sure, unbeknownst to Wormwood, Bai Shi was the only reason that they had actually gotten Red back in the first place, but that didn't excuse the fact that he had been the reason that Red had been within Jervis's reach in the first place, and he would be the one to pay for his crimes. Granted, eventually Jervis would too if Worm got his ultimate desires, but he didn't want to be too optimistic too soon. A special opportunity was plopped at his clawed feet when he had been moving through the desert and the faintly sparkling form of the dragon had caught his eyes, searching through the sands and weaving between the trees that made up the jungle of The Pitt's actual territory. He hadn't noticed Worm's dull blue form padding across the sands yet, and Worm intended to use that to his advantage.
Sure, Bai Shi was definitely much larger than the hellhound, but Worm had not only the ability to teleport on his side, but also his fire elementals, which were motivated to activate purely by his rage. And damn did he feel a lot of rage bubbling up inside of him right now. His faintly glowing golden gaze filled with raw obsession and furor, and all of his lucid thoughts faded into the background, becoming merely static as bloodthirsty drool began to run from his mouth, a sign of the change between his rationally thinking form and his form fueled by revenge. As flames began to engulf the hellhound's front half, he moved to rush forward, waiting until he was a few places away from Bai Shi before he launched into the air, teleporting behind the long dragon's head. He would then aim to careen forward and dig his claws deeply into Bai Shi's golden scales. He snarled out cruelly as his head snapped forward, and he aimed dig his flaming fangs into the back of Bai Shi's neck, trying to burn him and crunch down hard on muscle and scales, "Bastard. Time to atone for your sins." It would probably be the most that he spoke now that he was in this state, driven violently forward by his thirst for blood and for revenge for Red.
( ajfkgks I realized after i typed this i didn't ask if you wanted me to start the thread, but either way it'll turn out the same. I'll open this so Bai Shi's clanmates can show up after everything goes down, since Worm is just looking to inflict damage and not to capture
