Clarence hadn't been so sure he was the most qualified individual for this task when Atticus asked him to do it. He didn't know much about traditions here and there was more about this world that confused him than what he understood. Still, he did want to be helpful in some way. So, here he was. He shifted, as though uncomfortable with the attention that he was about to draw to himself. He took a deep breath and told himself it'd only be for a moment. Then it'd be over. He just had to tell people what to do. Just like when he'd been a Surgeon. He just had to tell them one task for one week. Nothing too difficult. He was used to regulating crews, after all. This would be just like that. If he made a few mistakes, he was sure someone would point them out. "If anyone would like a weekly task, come on over here," the man called, already trying to form a few possible duties in his mind.
