bai shi listened silently for the most part. they nodded to jiyu when she looked to them and spoke. "do my best ma'am. I have already taught him a few basic remedies, maybe he'll listen." they would answer politely, looking at vagabond in amusement. they doubted their efforts would pay off. goldenboy though, he seemed more knowledgeable.

this whole ... mess of a situation was finally coming to an end. they would be content to do something peaceful now. at jiyu's words of going hunting, they perked up. they could use a good run to work out the tensions in their muscles. "count me in, please. I need to do some running and company is pleasurable." they murmured, flicking their tail. it would be a chance to get out of this tiny body for once. "no promises on no surprises. im pretty adept at hunting. or at least, I used to be." they chuckled.

At the repeated statement that Vagabond had no knowledge of rules or standards of group life, Sephiroth would snort.  "Then learn.  Simple."  He would state harshly something that was incredibly obvious to him.  Goldenboy had come along to try and defuse the situation, then Jiyu had put in her own two cents.  Jiyu was one of the few he trusted right now, one of the few he could rely on, so of course he would stand up for her.  She didn't want it apparently, and he was willing to allow her to stand up for herself.

Sephiroth would look at Goldenboy, his eyes hard but his expression more neutral despite his down-turned head.  "I accept."  His voice remained low, lifting his head up wit ha swish of his silver mane as he turned away from the group, muscles visible and hard in his back.  His largeness, his power, the possibility of violence lapping at the surface, was obvious.  "I'll be at my quarters when you're ready to speak with me."
