The erudite nodded, with the bulk of the announcements making sense -- Cosette and Benny did good work over the week, proving themselves useful. Eugene, for all the attention he seemed to receive from the males, apparently disappeared so his demotion came as no surprise. "Welcome to everyone new -- come see me if you get injured, don't wait until it smells disgusting," Ninazu grumbled, lashing her tails at the thought. She hated when people brought her practically necrotic tissues to 'heal,' as though they'd no idea what 'preventative measures' meant. Funny how some could easily understand the need for a preemptive strike, but a similar principle of preventative care went over their damn heads.

"How are we burning their territory? Fire elementals?" the sand cat asked, squinting skeptically. She never bothered to keep a tally of how many elements were in the group -- she simply knew she controlled fire and Stryker would benefit from some flames in his mane. Aesthetically, of course, as she was more fond of him than the previous ardents she knew.

It was still polite to hear the words slip from her though. Satisfied, Stryker gave her a simple nod and offered a smile. He wasn't necessarily going to respond here. As for Ninazu's comment, he had managed to think of a way to burn it, but if someone was willing to step up to do the easier way, then he wasn't against it. "I cannot control the element, but if anyone is willing, I'm not against it," he enthused. Unknown to his knowledge, it wouldn't be long until he would have the elemental himself.

eyes gleaming with a certain surprise to be announced as a new member, the hellhound swung his head around in slow increments, studying everyone around him. he looked to cosette and stryker, observing the conversation silently. "burning? how fun~" he hummed, eye returning to the lion, "would other elementals be of use prior to burning? would we like to trap or surprise some of them? because if there's need for an earth elemental, we offer our aid."

Stryker did like the heat of the moment... but not the literal heat of it. The fire was a danger to the Typhoon ONLY and it should stay that way.  "I'd like to avoid the area as much as I can once it's set aflame." Then again, if they wanted to go in and fight, they could. It was not his life to spare.

She nodded -- but seemed surprised that Stryker wasn't a fire elemental. It felt befitting to see him with fire in his mane or the like, she supposed. "You can expect my flames and lightning to assist," she stated with a nod and flick of her ears. She usually provided long-distance backup on raids, but she wouldn't mind being more involved in burning the territory down.
