Okay. He honestly didn't know that animals could get as big as they seemed to be here, but that was okay. Having big adults around meant he would be safer, right? Because adults were supposed to look after kids. At least, he thought so. He wasn't so sure if that was the truth anymore, but... Maybe. Hopefully. It'd be really neat to remain protected by things that big.
"Woah! You're even bigger!" he said, bouncing up just a bit as he did. The name that he was given was another really long, weird name, and he wasn't really sure what it meant. He would have asked, but the offering of food stopped him in his tracks. Tail wagging, he moved forward toward the dried food, but found it covered. Oh. Huh. He didn't know how to open that. Still, he bit his little teeth into the plastic and pulled for a second. It made a small opening, but he'd have to work harder to actually get the whole thing opened up. He seemed happy, nonetheless. "Thank you, Mr. Agent! Uh... Um... Is this a... a puzzle? To help me learn? Mom told me that puzzles are good for a young pup's development, so... If you're giving me puzzles, you have to be a good dad to someone!"
His eyes shifted toward Hearteyes, then, as she spoke. The nudge to his shoulder only seemed to make him a little more excited at all of the attention, and his tail started wagging again. "It's nice to meet you! Do you really have hearts for eyes? They look sorta like them! Because they're pink!"
