- Billie, for starters, is small. Or, perhaps petite would be a better word - not only does he stand considerably short in stature, but he also has somewhat narrow shoulders and small, borderline dainty paws, though it would be incorrect to describe his build as feminine, a more accurate description being "lean." His fluffy, messy fur takes on the pattern of a tuxedo cat - mostly pitch black, but with small smudges of white on his paws, chest, and tail tip. White also smudges his face, some beneath his chin and up his nose in a slightly uneven pattern. His eyes are somewhat large and round, and take on a light, woodsy green. All in all, he somehow manages a bizarre mixture of adorable and handsome, but something about his unkept pelt and bright eyes simply radiates wild, wayward vibes.

------Billie is an extremely extroverted individual, constantly throwing himself into social situations of all kinds. He's never afraid to say hello and introduce himself, even if it may make the situation awkward or perhaps make him appear foolish, though that may be because he takes little concern in what others think of him. Honest with himself about his faults, he's capable of laughing at himself and doesn't tend to take things too seriously that don't require it. Though always willing to make new friends, Billie is also decidedly loyal to the ones he already has, willing to verbally and physically stick up for them in any situation and wouldn't miss a beat if they asked for help or entrusted him with a secret. Despite often appearing abrasive and aggressive, he can also be surprisingly sweet and thoughtful, and when it comes to romantic relationships, can show a purely and honestly devoted nature that might be unexpected from him otherwise.
------Though it's important not to be too serious, Billie can sometimes be "that guy," cracking a joke or making a dirty comment when it's uncalled for. Tying into this habit of inappropriately timed jokes is his honesty. He's not brutally honest in the sense that he blurts whatever comes to mind, but in the sense that he isn't afraid to let you know when he disagrees with you or dislikes you, always making sure to make his standings on things obvious. He's not afraid to stick up for these standings of his either, willing to defend his beliefs and thoughts to the point of vicious arguments or even physical fights. He doesn't do this because he feels he needs to justify himself, but simply because of his naturally argumentative nature and determination to stand up for himself and stay vocal about what he believes in. Despite this intense, aggressive part of his personality, he also considers himself a "pacifist," something perhaps hypocritical considering his own selective use of violence. He doesn't see brutality as a true solution to problems and always abstains from inter-Clan battles, seeing them and the politics surrounding them as a pointless waste of people and time.
