she was new, and well, she wanted to do something nice for the group that had taken her in from the sea ... she felt like it was right to do something for them. she knew about the feast, and she knew that the group was taking their time in healing from the wounds that the bandits and the recent storm had caused. she didn't know everybody yet, but she had remembered their kindness when she had joined, and the bond that the group held between its members. she wanted to be a part of that, she was far from home and had no way of going back - if there was even a home to go back to. shaking her head, the molly picked up a basket of meat, bringing it over to a fire place that she had set up. the stone of big flat circles she had set up were ideal, ringed around, her paws sore from pushing the structures into place. humming as she set down her basket, she looked up at the tall sticks and branches forming a giant cone. smiling, she curled her tail up, ears flicking. it already looked so pretty to her, she hoped that everyone would like it too. she almost couldn't wait for it to be lit up by fire!
trotting back towards the inn, she brought back baskets of other meats and multiple treats, available to be eaten raw or cooked on the stones. moving quietly as she worked, she felt content, and happy with her work. waiting as night set out over the group and the land surrounding, she headed back to the inn, with the intention to gather everyone together for the bonfire she was holding, in hopes of bringing them some joy after the loss of veris. she had never met the girl, but she was sad to hear about her passing, and in such a brutal way no less. gathering her courage, the young woman cleared her throat, "ev ... everyone, i would like to let you know that i'm holding a bonfire in the abandoned village's fishing shore! it's stone so there's no worry about it catching fire! ple ... please come and have some fun! there might even be some gifts ... and there's some food and drinks!"
