August had been tasked with gifting something to a Typhooner for their secret santa event — Leo. He had no idea who it was; in fact, he didn't know anybody from the Typhoon, really. However, he could work with "Leo's" wish list and craft something unique for them to have. He worked for a whole day on something for them, and when he was done, he made his way over to the Typhoon ( with a buddy, since he didn't know where it was ).

He had set down the box in front of the entrance to the island in a safe spot and left the scene before anybody could discover him. Attached to the box was a handwritten note:

Mery chrismas! i hop you like it =)

Inside the box was a handcrafted necklace with seashells from Sunhaven's shores hanging on it. There was also some small feathers thrown in as well, making for a decent accessory.

The endfield felt quite used to running into visitors and strangers at the border, but a gift was new.  Secret santa.  The pirate flicked an ear, blinking a pair of curious sea-green eyes.  He'd leave the opening for it to the gift reciever -- his son no less -- recalling with a thoughtful frown how his daughter had requested his aid in sending her own gift to a Sunhavener.  At least they had not... Argued, though he still felt as though she resented him for failing to inform her of her half-siblings.

Absently, the Irishman flexed his talons taking a seat, humming an old sailor's tune quietly.  He had a feeling his son would arrive soon enough.
