From what I know I think that everyone is inside of the Observatory except for Wash sadly xD
But yeah OOC bonding sounds like a great way to start for sure!
What kind of OOC bonding should we do? Oh! We can do where we kinda develop an OOC biography. Where someone starts off with a question, and they answer it, but at the same time ask a question to the specific person as well, and then it repeats over and over again so like

Person 1:
What is your favorite color?

Person 2:
Blue.
What is your favorite food?

Person 3: Blue
And pizza
What is.....?

Something like that!

And since Characters can hear someone outside, it still means that they can interact with one another even if its not face to face haha.

We can probably do an ooc game like two truths and one lie!! I've seen that game do really well in the past with replies so hopefully it'd be the same?? And the one you suggested can work too!

Also yeah, characters can still interact whether or not they're in or out, they'd just have a building in the way lmao
like i was thinking of tasks like going to the starpool and tours of the territory, that can't really be done rn oof

Now are there any plots that one can think of to have our characters do to interact and help one another? : D I can basically have Wash in most Locked In threads as long as they're near a wall, window, door, etc.
