Oh, Caesar was absolutely pleased with this task. As soon as Pincher mentioned 'torture', the demon was immediately interested and had practically run off towards the dungeons to fetch a prisoner. The other feline was yelling at him to let go as he dragged them towards the center of camp, although they didn't exactly fight back. It was clear that they were afraid of what was going on, and that's what mattered more to Caesar, even if he wanted them to fight back. Fear was always better. Caesar shoved the prisoner to the ground as he called out, "Alright, I'm holding a torture session over here!" The demon called out with a devious grin on his face. "This isn't going to be pretty so don't fuckin' yell at my ass if kids come over, because there's their warning now."

The sound of yelling was always sure to draw the demon over. He yawned as he approached, ears pricking at the mention of torture. The tired-looking canine seemed to perk up a bit after that, fluttering his eyelashes and staring down at the helpless prisoner. Watching tortures often made him a little excited, so he was unsure if he should stick around. He could already feel his cheeks heat up considerably, and he shifted around on his paws. "A torture session?" he repeated, as if checking that he had heard right. "Are y'trying to get information, or is this just for fun?" Luca asked curiously, deciding to stick around and sitting down a small ways away from the show. He was pretty sure that he knew the answer. It was common knowledge that torture was a pretty unreliable way or information gathering. The torture-ee was most likely to spit out some lie to get them off the hook than anything else.

Most tortures that went on these days were to prove a point, or to attack the pride of another clan. Sometimes, though, people just tortured because they were nasty perverts and got off on hurting other people. By the somewhat flustered expression on Luca's face as he took in the scene, it was pretty easy to see which category he belonged to. He wriggled a little excitedly, his eyes locked on Caesar's prey.

He's never exactly watched a torture session. Sure, he's heard about them and they seem to hold some significance in the lives of these pirates but he's never really stuck around to fixate his attention to gatherings. But, now that he's confined to only doing a few jobs a day, Bakugou was in the bay long enough to notice a feline being dragged along the dirt, protesting for their freedom to Caesar. Hmph, that demon again, and if he hears it correctly the officer intends to do a public demonstration of torture. He felt an uncomfortable dilemma sit at the pit of his throat, unsettled by the presentation of choice. He doesn't really like Caesar, purely because of the encounter he had with Junji, but he's also curious to watch. He flinches a little at the sound of 'kid'. Does Bakugou count as a child? He surely hopes not but he knows he can probably explain his case and have everyone believe him. Nowadays everybody had something unordinary stirring inside of them so, having internally settled his case, he takes a comfortable seat. He tries his absolute hardest to ignore the quaking hellhound beside him who reminded him of a restless child receiving a balloon.

"Just for fun." Caesar responded to Luca with a shrug. He knew that torture sessions for 'fun' were seen as wrong here by most people, but he didn't care. He liked the thrill these sessions caused and enjoyed the way his claws tore at flesh. Besides, if they wanted information, they could just spy on another group, could they not? Caesar took notice of Bakugou's presence of course, but since the other pyro didn't make any comments, Caesar didn't either.

The Officer quickly returned his attention to the prisoner, whom was glaring back at him in an attempt to hide their fear. "The whole point in tortures - to me - is to inflict as much injuries as possible." The demon explained, his tail flicking in thought on what to do first. Caesar moved quickly to pin the smaller feline down, his claws digging into the soft skin of their throat. "But not enough to kill them. I like to feel the pulse in their neck and see the fear and pain flash in their eyes." Was he a sadist? Oh hell yeah, definitely. It likely wouldn't be brought up here much, but Caesar was a masochist too. So he was pretty much essentially a sadomasochist - a bad combination. Caesar's tail lashed and the demon's fur exploded into flames. The fire slowly traveled down his body, burning his own fur and flesh in the process, as it moved down towards the prisoner. As it came in contact with them, they screamed and writhed beneath Caesar's claws.

Caesar was grinning all while this was happening and eventually moved his paw from the NPC's throat. By now, Caesar was no longer in flames, and his body was covered in burns and black blood popping up from the blisters, but he didn't seem to care or mind. He seemed almost fascinated by the way the flames moved on the prisoner, and appeared to be waiting for a reaction from his audience.
