plexus arrived, and she shot him a small smile, which probably looked really weird, with her fur all matted in blood. dried blood, she hastened to add to herself. he mumbled some words to himself that she didn't quite catch, probably herbs or whatever healers say before they treat a patient. prayers, maybe. as he began cleaning her ear she couldn't help but twitch it as it was getting annoying, and she sighed for him in apology. "sorry plexus, this is just a little bit itchy." she murmured. he asked whether she'd prefer if he took the earring out or left it in, and after giving it a small considering she lifted a shoulder. "you can take it out. i'll see what happens after a while and if it grows back or not." to hell if it bleeds even more.

He gave a soothing lick under her ear before he quickly removed the earring as painlessly as possible. He placed it down out of reach and got to work on cleaning the wound once again. He firmly packed the marigold poultice on, and around, the wound. Then, gently wrapped it in cobwebs with a swift tug to keep them together. Plexus gently cleaned any dried blood off of Inferno, the best he could and what he could reach, and then gave some basic painkiller (he couldn't remember which he had in his emergency kits; it was different ones due to what was on hand at the time) to the lioness.

"Come to the Guru Den when it starts to hurt again, or becomes hot and swollen." The Norwegian Forest checked that the wound was secured, "I should have some garlic oil ready by the next time to you come by. I'll dab it on your wound, it'll help prevent infection even more."

His throat would undoubtedly be scratchy for the part of the next day, but he could make due so long as he forgo his mask to help with facial cues.

"Where'd you get the piercing, Inferno?" He rumbled, stopping before the group with a look of confusion and a little bit of concern. She didn't seem too happy about it, and the scent of blood lingered in the air. "What happened?" Byriath asked softly, a strange thing for him to do. But he knew how painful piercings could be, even though he considered getting some of his own. He was a god, he could handle more pain than a mortal, but who knew.

the guru licked her ear, quickly removing the earring, causing another sharp, pained hiss to escape the female involuntarily. she groaned, gritting her teeth, and slammed her paw into the ground. as he laid the earring down she gently put her paw over it and considered whether she wanted it.

another voice piped up, byriath. as plexus offered to smear garlic oil on her wound should it hurt more the god padded over, and questioned where she got the piercing from. "from a wanderer friend." was the only reply she could give, which was true. after all, honey had deemed herself a wanderer/traveller. she shot plexus a thankful smile as he cleaned the blood off of her as best as he could and returned her gaze to byriath. "turns out it started bleeding in the hecking middle of the night."
