noctis was a loner, but he wasn't someone who enjoyed being alone. he'd grown up surrounded by those whom had always looked out for him and, right now, he was alone. the black bengal tiger had been forced to watch his own back, to find his own meals, to create his own entertainment, and, frankly, for someone who'd grown up being considered royalty, it was weird. sure it taught him independence, and showed him how a lot of others were forced to live, but, it just wasn't for him. he was a pack animal, someone who enjoyed and revelled in the company of others, of his friends. unfortunately, though, such friends hadn't been heard from in quite a while. so, he'd been forced to throw himself into this big wide world.
that was supposedly how he found himself here, on the ascendent's border. he'd found himself on the south border, at the canopy. a long stretch of trees greeting him wherever he glanced. it was pretty, and it kind of seemed like a place he could see himself finding to nap at. then again, the number of creepy-crawlies that could be lurking around... maybe not. regardless, finding a napping spot could wait until later, for now, he would wait for someone to approach so that he could introduce himself. if it wasn't for the tiger's regal posture, it was unlikely that he'd be associated with any form of royalty.
