[Jiyu Simul Stamus]

She had been out on her own for a few days exploring the land beyond the groups her wide wings held softly against her flanks. Mismatched optics darted around the woods briefly as her jaws placed her compass back within the confines of her saddle bag so that she could continue on without losing the item. She was on day three and would have to start heading back on the next day so the white dragoness wanted to get far as she could today, sketch as much as possible so she could get even further next time maybe even cross over the mountain.

[Jiyu Simul Stamus]

As of recently the large creature had been desperately trying to keep her influence away from as many children as possible. However, with the soft spot she had for animals under the age of a year old? It was incredibly difficult to keep her blackened corruption from the children of the world. In spite of her plans to travel miles further into the woodland today the universe again seemed to have different plans for her today. While she was soaring over the woodland close to the forest canopy her mismatched optics caught sight of a child who seemed to be entirely all alone. Since she spotted a lone child now she was unable to just keep going, the smooth scaled dragoness banked around and circled a few times to lower herself into a safe landing angle. In spite of her current form she had not been flying for long and occasionally she still had some trouble with certain aspects of the activity.


"You're all alone out there." It sounded more like a statement though she was truly intending to question if the young female was actually alone or if she had been left to lay in the same location like how some doe's left their fawn's in a single location perfectly still to eat so they could come back and nurse them.

a gentle noise left the pup, her head lifting as the cloud zoomed in close and woah, it was speaking!!!

excitement and surprise filled her gaze, breathing in, in surprise. "i-i am alone ma'am. my mommy and daddy disappeared on me. i got nobody now 'cept for my flowies!" she tried to give a smile to the breath taking dragon before her, moving her head in the direction of her flower dolls.

if one looked closely enough, they could see twin little strange humps along her flank, close to her spine.

The child seemed possibly even too young to realize that she was being spoken to by another sentient animal, something that needed a mother to care for her. Jiyu already knew without any doubt she could never be that mother if she wanted this young child to have a good life beyond youth. "With the fog out here it can be dangerous right now, come on, take your flowies and climb into my saddle bag, I'll take you somewhere safe." the white dragoness extended one of her wings to cast a safe shadow over the child, laying down so that the young child could access her left saddle bag which was currently empty expect for a canteen of water.

the pup scrambled to grab her flower pals, quickly scuttling over to jiyu, eager to be close to another, no matter if she might be a stranger or not. she just needed to be with somebody, no matter if they were nice or not. she just needed somebody to be some support, even if temporary.

putting her loosely shaped dolls in first, she scrambled into the bag with a messy push of her hing legs, giggling slightly at the strange feeling of leather enclosing her, paws tapping against the canteen in a funny rhythm. settling slightly, she rose onto her hind paws to peak her nose out of the bag, breathing in the air, "where we goin', ma'am?" might as well try to talk with this strange woman who was being so kind.

This child certainly needed a legit guardian, too trusting, something that so easily could come into danger because of how eager she seemed to be around someone and in turn be cared for. Also those dolls would only last the kid so long considering their construction, she was going to need to do something about that before rehoming this child because anyone abandoned so young needed something to cling to. "My cabin, shortly beyond it further to the south there are several groups living in that territory so I'll try to find one that you may fit into so that you'll never have to be alone again." someone so innocent just was not going to fit into Sepiroths version of The Rosebloods, luckily she herself could withstand his insanity because she knew he was only temporary just like everyone else who held the throne. Eventually? Her home would return to its former glory, she just had to wait it out until someone else arose to take the seat at the helm. Funny her thinking about waiting for someone when she was second in command, alone in the position directly beneath her leader but unable to realize the significance of her position.

After about an hour of flight the decaying building came into sight the dragoness folding in her wings and using the membrane's of her tail and hind legs in order to control her landing, straight shooting right through the open hole were a door used to hang. "When is the last time you ate." she spoke the comment voice entirely monotone as she lowered herself and slipped her saddlebag off so that the kid could get out easiest, plus she needed to put her supplies away clearly she was not going to be able to go adventuring further today when she had a child to care for.

cautiously looking around the entire flight, the pup scrambled out of the bag, tossing out her pals first. jumping down she shook herself out, licking her lips as she bundled up her dolls, "a few hours ago, ma'am. i know which plants are good for my tummy and which make me feel icky." she responded, looking around the space with a sense of wonder.

she was completely unaware of how jiyu felt about finding her a guardian, instead, the feather-furred pup sniffing the female curiously, remembering it. "that was so cool! wow, that was fun!" she giggled, thinking back on her memories of the flight.

The child scrambles out allowing Jiyu to pick up her saddle bag and hang them on a nearby hook before walking forward slowly to push the door to the rest of the house open. "Lets make sure your full than and I'll show you some things about the groups that live to the south." she had plenty of books and while she didn't know their secrets the dragoness was able to have rudimentary information like the biome they lived in and such. "You'll get another one later." because she would be bringing the kid to its new home herself once they decided. Carefully the large female opened one of the top cabinets pulling out a small bird she had caught earlier. "Or are you vegetarian." hopefully the bird would do as a meal for the child.

her eyes rolled over the bird before her, tipping her head, "I can eat both, ma'am. easy to eat plants. hard to catch meat." she murmured, ears lifting and laying down again.

she gently took the offered bird, happy to have something thick and meaty in her jaws again. she looked like she ought to still be drinking milk with some sharp teeth in her maw. settling down after smelling it, she began to chew, slow and deliberate as she tried to keep her manners with a quaint "thank you" to jiyu.
