The maine coon yowled out, just as he sat himself down before the fountain. He wrapped his fluffy tail around his front paws, deciding to hold back on his announcements and wait until his groupmates arrive. He had a few announcements he wished to discuss, his light blue eyes watching his group mates slowly make their way over one by one.

ariside quietly approached, hidden anger coiling tight and hot through the merc's blood.  she kept herself restrained, clearing her throat. she had seen the damage done to Wendell, and that damnable note. she had no specific ties, she could launch an attack in revenge -- no. that was not wise.

Ymir's guts was churning in anger, too, evident in the way her eyes shined, more brightly than usual. Her jaw clenched, she took her seat, trying to ignore Kade's presence. Or whatever her damn name was. She didn't need anything else on her plate. "character's speech."

arriving with all the eagerness of a pug on a bungee jump, venus grimaced at the sounds of the helion calling his members to a meeting. that included venus. sigh. the solbinder begrudgingly moved from where they were working away like a busy beaver in the holiday's afterglow, arriving just before the juicy parts of the meeting started. a first.

She wasn’t sure if it had been the Pitt causing her unease, but something didn’t feel right. Once the collie heard Bucky call them together for a meeting, she forced herself out of her bed, trying to ignore the sickly feeling that had overcome her. She knew that she needed to get out of her house. She couldn’t ignore the world forever. There were things to do, and maybe the nice, fresh air would help her feel better. Or at least, that’s what she hoped. The warden seated herself near the back of the crowd, a little more distant from everyone than usual. She didn’t want anyone to worry about her, so she would avoid confrontation for now as she sat there, waiting to hear the announcements.

"Reminder to those who signed up for Typhoon's secret santa: make sure to get your gift to your assigned Typhooner out real soon!" He began his announcements, as a crowd slowly formed before him. Ears pinned back, he continued. "With December coming to an end, our choice awards will be closing soon. Make sure to participate if you haven't yet, as time's running out!"

"Welcome to Sunhaven, Ryker, Shoto, Blaise, and Miyuki!" He called out with a firm nod of his head, eyes scanning the crowd for the newcomers. "Wendell returned home from the Pitt, though the Pitt left a threatening note for us to read. They treated Wendell horribly," He meowed with a frown across his maw, "And a discussion will take place soon on what we should do about the Pitt." Bucky couldn't allow them to continue threatening him and his clanmates, it cannot go ignored.

"There are no promotions this week-- but Venus, Ariside, and Ymir all receive shout-outs!" He continued on, moving away from the topic that made his blood boil with anger. "Bex and Fairylights-- I want to see both of you around more often, got it?" He said with a stern tone, gaze locking momentarily with Bex, his Warden. "Gordon and August disappeared, so they are demoted from their positions."

"That's all for this week, meeting dismissed!"

After all, she hadn't been around as much as she should've been, especially lately. The collie pinned her ears back as Bucky's gaze pinned on her, and she nodded to him in understanding. It was time to pick up the slack, even if she wasn't feeling the greatest at the moment. All she could do was try her best, right? It was sad to hear that Gordon and August were demoted, but she understood. The news about the Pitt was even worse. Bex sure hoped that things would get better for Sunhaven soon, not wanting them to end up weak for the Pitt to continue to pick on. "Understood," the canine replied in a rather soft and quiet tone, turning to leave once Bucky had dismissed them. She had a lot to do now to pick it up, and would try her best to do better.
