YO so i am. a hoe for human AUs and since we barely have any here in the pitt, i hardly get to see y'all talk about y/c's AU-self!! like what's their fc/appearance? their voice (if you haven't figured it out already?) even their jobs?? are their histories altered to fit into an AU or are they basically the same?

For example:
LUCKY
— Birth name is Salvatore, though he goes by a more "American" name, Charles (or Charlie)
— "Lucky" is indeed a nickname but he does not go by it exclusively
— Grew up in Manhattan's Lower East Side in a poor neighborhood, did not come from much. His father wasn't Very Good (and i'll leave it at that for now) and his mother was loving but constantly busy and worn-down.
— Has an older brother, Bart
— A bully and delinquent in school, and by the time he was eighteen, he had been influenced by his uncle to participate in the "family business"
— His parents disapproved, his father even going as far as to kick him out of the house. He hasn't spoken to him in years
— In most AUs he lives in a penthouse suite, complete with a view of the city and lots of materialistic items like luxury couches, televisions, even a ring collection on his drawer
— Drives either a Dodge Challenger or a BMW, haven't decided yet
— Has dark hair that is naturally curly but is usually slicked back or parted. Has lovely, prominent brown eyes. Light, olive-toned skin and a clean-shaven face though he may allow some scruff once in a while if he's feeling lazy.
— He likes to keep a well-groomed and kept appearance, as his uncle taught him to at a young age. Most of the time he dresses nice with button shirts, blazers, suspenders, even suit and ties for important occasions.  Has a collection of nice dress and suade shoes as well as watches to wear around his wrists.
— Most of the time he can be seen wearing an emerald ring on his right pinky
— Faceclaim is Vincent Piazza, specifically the character he portrays in Boardwalk Empire ( Voice/faceclaim )

anyways here's a basic run-down of cos:
— she keeps her BoB name, but it's inspired by the cosette from les mis
— instead of a slave she grows up in foster homes and never rlly has a steady home until she's about sixteen
— haven't rlly decided if she grows up w/ her brothers or they're separated in the midst of moving from home to home
— in school she was that one quiet nerdy kid at the back of the class that had only a few close friends
— she's a nurse at a hospital, to reflect on her healer position in the pitt, specifically a cna nurse
— she has a pretty modest appearance, with curly light blonde hair that's sometimes short, sometimes long, and lively brown eyes. her wardrobe is mostly just sweaters/long sleeves and long skirts, maybe a dress or two
— her vc and fc is nicole dollanganger

— keeps his name though a great many spell is as silas which bugs him to no end
— grew up primarily in his father's home but because of how busy he is was a very empty, cold childhood no matter the fact he got everything he wanted, much of the time he crashes with one of his siblings rather then stay with pinch or in his own place
— picked up the tradition of having a tattoo to signify each person that has become important to him, has three for his sisters and father
— though often was seen as the bad kid did extremely well in school and is a resident helping out in a small town hospital later to become a family practitioner
— has a motorcycle and has crashed before, he ended up fracturing a few ribs, breaking his arm and damaging his left eye in the crash, he was wearing safety gear so he was lucky, to this day he still rides
— quite scrawny but keeps to the roux family being rather tall so he is around an even 6' if he stands up straight, which he never does, dark colouring all around with nearly pitch black hair but you can see hints of brown in it when he is in the light
— often wears jeans and shirts, if it is cooler a leather jacket completely covered in pins and patches, the most prominent a trans and gay flag

- ninazu would be a half-indian (south asia), half-hispanic doctor. she's racially ambiguous enough that she's dealth with plenty of racist shit, from people hating her actual ethnicity to hurling slurs at her that don't relate at all to her family.
- practices as a ER general surgeon that also supplies pharmaceuticals to dealers
- young doctor, probably around 29
- pushed into the medical tract from her family, though because she had no idea what she actually wanted to do she went with it
- has since stopped speaking with much of her extended family, though occasionally talks with her mom; resents that she was pushed into the field, even if she begrudgingly likes what she does now

- Birth Name is Sage... but due to his participation in the war effort, he goes by Stryker and has made a name for himself
- Whiter than a piece of paper, probably Irish in heritage
- Ivory / blonde hair (natural in coloring) that goes past his shoulders by a few inches
- Light stubble, practically unnoticeable at a short length, but after growing the beard out, it becomes a dirty blonde color
- Harsh green eyes
- Piercings: Snakebites, Gauges (10mm), and eyebrow piercing.
- Parents died in the war and he has decided to participate in the war effort also. He hopes to ascend the ranks and change the view of the people as sort of a political figure.
