What combination of powers would I need for this?

Wondering if others can help consider this idea for a character! I want to play around with aesthetic elements and emotions a bit. My question is, is it even possible, or what combination of powers would I need, to have a character whose eyes change color with their emotions?

since I don't think there is a power for it yet ( if there is, I have missed it ) shapeshifting would work for changing eye color. Just have a body that looks exactly the same but with different colored eyes?

Oooh that's a possibility!

What about using a mutation? Like if the character had a few... idk chameleon genes or something mutated in them since chameleons change colors with emotions; would something like that work do you think? Or is that stretching limitations a bit too far, considering the character is a serval?

well I mean a mutation would add on another animal's aspects onto the character, but do chameleons change eye color?
And would that be borderlining on a hybrid instead of a mutation?

Those would be questions for that one, and that would have to be something someone on the staff team would have to answer, I believe.
