Is there a power for changing colors/glowing?

I'm still trying to nail down a design for a character but I wanna make sure I'm staying within the rules. What kind of power would a character need to have glowing symbols and designs on their pelt that kind of shift and move around? They don't do anything other than look cool.

Also related but a little more weird: could a character be able to make their outside somewhat translucent and have their skeleton and organs glow from the inside?

Sounds like you would need aesthetic elements + a corresponding power. If it covers more than 25% of the body, any design like that needs to have an elemental connetion to it, so if the symbols were glowing, it might be because they were fire based, or electric based

As for the second one, that sounds like some pretty heavy mutation, like with a jellyfish or a glassfish, which might also change some of their bodily properties in some manner. I'm not as sure with the second one, though.

Shapeshifting for the colors changing.
Aesthetic elemental for the glowing if you want it fire/electric based. Otherwise, you don't necessarily need it because it's a mutation.

Invisibility is used to make ghosts translucent, so that is possibly. Organs would be mutated to glow then.
