Pineapples
Sephiroth asks to be excused for a moment, slipping away for a few minutes before returning with the spikey fruit in his teeth. He drops it onto the ground and manages to crack a chunk out of the spiky plant without flinching and takes a bite out of the flesh, raw. The lion chews and swallows thoughtfully, considering the fruit. ”Well it’s….sweet.” He comments, licking at the remains of the fruit flesh around his teeth. ”….I like it.”
Gwen
The normally tense and serious lion relaxes at the mention of the young bird, his facial features melting from stony to a sort of gentleness he really only showed when in the presence of Gwen. A smile actually creeps onto his face, small though it may be it's enough to make his emotion clear. "...Gwen is a good soul." He explains, lifting his head somewhat as he speaks with his eyes lidded in a content fashion. "I appreciate her company and her trust. I feel...protective of her. I don't know where the emotion comes from, but it's deep. I wish to keep her safe here, where everything is so unforgiving and cold and I don't want her to be alone like I-"
He pauses before he rambles on about memories he doesn't know, shaking his maned head a bit. "...Never mind that. Nevertheless, she's somebody I feel warm towards. She has my protection as long as I am here,as well as my...friendship." The word 'friendship' doesn't really come to him all that often, but when it does it's a rare thing to be appreciated and marveled at.
Being Leader
A self satisfied look enters Sephiroth's face at the topic. "It was meant to be." His voice is smooth honey. "I was meant to stand above others, to lead." The lion knew he was meant to be, Mother told him. To stand as a god above others, including his clanmates. "It gives me purpose. And that, that is what I live for."
Blankets
His claws drum on the ground for a few breaths at the inquiry. "I rarely have bothered with actual blankets." He began. Really he was a creature that could sleep anywhere under any conditions, he often hadn't the chance to really indulge in his sleep routine. "A pelt usually suffices when I get the chance to indulge myself. Though once or twice I have experienced blankets, and I do...enjoy the feel." Yes he could sleep anywhere, but he cherished luxuries when he had them. "As it gets cooler I should probably invest in some for my quarters. It's...logical." He didn't want to let on that he might actually enjoy them in a casual fashion, such a fluffy fact about him could ruin his image.

[align=center]Sephiroth is a large male lion with a pale, almost white body and a silver mane. He has blue green eyes with slit pupils. He is the Pharaoh of the Rosebloods. He is currently unstable and volatile, hearing a voice called Mother in his head and is believing himself to be a god. He has enhanced senses, conjuration, and mental manipulation and communication, and is hard to fight in battle. He is based on the character of the same name from Final Fantasy VII.
