Well the truth was out, Infirmaryward was a vampire.  The feline heaved a sigh, they would probably sit around to expect some kind of punishment, since they did try running option four seasons ago, and they nearly were killed in the process, when they were a newly turned vampire.  The entire time they had been careful and made sure that nothing went wrong, but no the body count and then the incident with Lazarus made them crack, the careful reserve they had over their bloodlust cracked, and a npc was dead because of it.

Also what came out of that situation, Leona who bit her own wrist and forced Fin to drink from the open wound, with within itself her blood tasted foul, and of course she has no memory of it.  Perhaps Fin should memtion that it was her that made them do so, but as of right now, they had to do so.  What was the best way to make an apology? Bake and make something, it ususally makes the apology sail much smoother than a word.

Now looking for the feline mutant, having a few things in a basket, sweets and a scarf.  They were on that path of trying to make amends, they were not a monster, and they were not trying to have their vampirism define them.

[BLU]

" Oi Lee someone is looking for you."   Called Blu turning his head in direction of where the mutated feline was.  The canine himself was laying on the ground with his head just above his paws, watching the weather about him, and chilling. 

Some cat with a basket carrying looking as harmless as sugar, well not as harmless once he learns to truth.

[Hope Arcanium]

In truth, Leona had been actively avoiding Infirmaryward after the event. The original plan was to lure the vampire away from the others, hence the first bite to her forearm. But... something had taken her over completely instead and caused her to blackout. All she knew was that Fin had attacked her and she had failed to protect her clanmate.

"H-Hi?" She nearly dropped her freshly picked herbs as she saw that very same Sunhavener that had attacked her only days before. No... no no no!

"W-What - what's... up?" she tried to keep her tone steady and confident, but her eyes gave it away. She was shaking now, crying, wanting the memories to go away. They were silent tears, but her expression faultered, dropping the facade.

"W-Why... why me?!" Leona cried out, wanting to swing her reptilian tail at Infirmaryward, but instead looked towards Blu for support.

Ah that fated day, Fin would never forget that day for as long as they live. That day could and should have went more smoother than ususal.  The feline sighed " Turn off the waterworks lass, I'm not gonna hurt ya. Even I wanted to I'm under house arrest.  I can't do that now can I?"  they tried to reassure her,  their mannerism was quickly showing their true nature which was more Scottish than British, they were  no where as close to Wendell  was in behaving, but close enough when upset.

" Why you? It was yore damn fault for thursting yore arm into my direction.  I even asked ye why ye didn't turn and run screaming bloody murder for all I cared. Instead ya told me tae bite ye, and I didn't want tae but I ended up doing exact that and here we are in this fuckin' mess."    they added rising their eyes towards the heavens.

" I beg your fucking pardon?" Blu started getting up and walking over.  " Lee tell me you didn't shove your arm to a fucking leech?"

Ah leech, when was the last time they heard that slang for a vampire.  " Anyway I brought this basket, since this is what I do when I relaspe.  Ya don't have to accept it for what it is.  I don't care. And I'm sorry for biting ya lass. "   Fin placed the basket, and scooted it over with a paw.

[Hope Arcanium]

Anger took over fear at this point, as Leona had felt like the vampire was throwing all the fault onto her when she didn't even remember a damn thing about shoving her paw in his face.

"No! I didn't shove my paw in your damn face! You tackled me and started taking my fucking blood."

Her eyes flashed a scarlet hue, only for a split second, before Leona continued on, only after taking the basket hesitantly. "I never, ever fucking told you to take my blood. And if I ever do, it will be so you can fucking choke on it."

Suddenly, Leona began to cough, leaning on a nearby tree for support as she caught the droplets with her paws.

She froze.

Blood.

No. No no no, this couldn't be happening! What was wrong with her?! A sharp, stabbing pain jolted down her spine and she let out a pained cry. She slowly leaned down into a laying position, exposing her back to Blu and Infirmaryward.

A visible cut could be seen on the back of her neck, which had begun to scar up. Nothing too unusual, until they decided to travel down her back and see the faint outline of a scorpion like parasite meshed with her spinal cord and beginning to develop. The parasite, or strange entity in this case, twitched just once, sending Leona crying out to the sky.

"W-What the fuck is happening to me?! BLU! BLU I-" She wasn't able to finish the sentence, as she had passed out, but did take the basket with her.

[BLU]

What in the actual fuck just happened? Blu and Fin exchanged horror struck glances at what what they both just saw.

Blu wasn't even sure how to approach the situation.  Naw he wasn't about to touch that crazy even if was his best friend, he had no choice but to. God damnit Leona, since when did Leona have appendages that looked like a fucking arm??

Shuddering as he did so, the canine walked over scared out of his wits. "What the fuck Lee? A goddamn arm what else?" he murmured softly

Fin was terrified, they knew a vampire bite could not do that, that. Bristling in response, they also took a step forward.

[Hope Arcanium]

Leona's consciousness was in the background, overtaken by the Plaga that was now learning how to puppet the feline's body. In a horror movie-esque way did Leona sit up. Only... this wasn't Leona herself.

The crack of bones could be heard and it was accompanied by the sound of stretching, lengthening muscles and appendages. They made a sickening cracking sound as they sprouted from her back- a total of four. The appendages had muscle connected to a repurposed bone in the shape of a knife, and they glistened under the light.

Leona lifted her head, and opened her eyes, which bore the Plaga color and influence. Her blood vessels turned a visible scarlet red beneath her skin, traveling up to her neck and face. These vessels were visible by how deeply the color had turned.

Her eyes...

They were the eyes of a predator.

The appendages began to move, falling into a safe position on her back as she leaped with such quick speed and landed upon a tree. The tree trunk was being held with long, sharp claws. In a fluid motion she would climb the tree, never needing to use her claws to do so.

She turned to face Blu and Infirmaryward, slowly slithering her way back down to the base of the tree, appendages ready to strike in case of attack.

This... this was not Leona.

[BLU]

The amounts of terror both of them felt failed to be put in words. What the fuck? Blu was already scurrying back as fast as his paws could carry him. He was indeed scared, no lie about it.

"Lee? C'mon snap out of it.. wh-what the hell man." he said trying to push his fear down with humor. It was failing horribly.

"Mary, Joseph and the holy ghost. What that hell is that?" Fin whispered softly bristling full force now, their fur fluffed out, they looked like a puff ball at this point.

Both Blu and fin knew that they weren't going to attack it, nope. Not happening.

[Hope Arcanium]

A toothy grin formed on Leona's face, enjoying the fear it had instilled within the two Sunhaveners. It looked around slowly at its surroundings, curious now and appearing oddly docile as it subsequently made its way towards Blu, but not making it obvious.

It wanted to really toy with them... while it still had control.

There was something really wrong watching something else control someone, and it move the body of someone closer than anyone would expect.  Fin was horrified, taking deep breath and counting to ten.

After a while they calmed down, fur laying flat. That thing fed off a person's fear right? It was best not to show that thing jack shit. "Okay that is disturbing. Whatever the fuck is controlling her, is living off of our fear. So case and point stop showing your fear, you Lily colored coward!"

"Who are you call a coward! I ain't no coward!"

" move your ass, she's moving closer to you! If you don't want to end up like her! Move it!" fin barked urgently.
