Now the woman couldn't say for sure if she had ever actually celebrated Halloween. Most of her life had been spent in the ocean and learning the marine wild life here, seeing and witnessing things that some never got to see. Frankly she was excited as hell to actually get to celebrate Halloween in some shape or form and so that was why she was here now and attempting to get everyone together to make their own costumes. Whatever they wanted to be they could be it and she was sure going to have more fun in doing this then her moments as being leader. Shifting across the boardwalk the massive hellhound carried with her a large box, one of many that she had been carrying and or dragging to the fountain. There were scissors and needles, many different items that she figured would be used to stitch and create. Fake blood for putting costumes, horns, tails, fake fangs. Even fake wings. She wanted everyone to go all out and she allowed a soft laugh to leave her throat from her sheer excitement over the event. "Oi! Anyone want tae come on over and make yaself a costume for Halloween. After this we will be goin out and trick or treating tae allies and neutrals." Right down she was digging through a box and looking at certain fabrics not really sure what she wanted to be for Halloween but she wanted it to be scary. At least something that would look interesting on her in particular.

♥♡ Truth be told, Mira had never dressed up for Halloween before. As a kid, she'd always been a bit too scared to get involved in the holiday, outside of helping out with basic decorations and pumpkin carving. The girl could remember the night that she spent hiding in her parents' home, too scared to go out with her sister to enjoy the holiday. It was something that she deeply regretted; she doubted that she could ever get the opportunity to celebrate Halloween with her sister again. If they were ever to see each other again, then maybe, just maybe they could do it.

Until that day would come, Mira decided to at least attempt to enjoy the holiday on her own. She could never get behind the scary aspects of the holiday, or all of the candy, but she could at least try. Costumes seemed like a good place to start. Hesitantly heading over upon Marina's call, the serval stared at the fabrics and accessories that were lying about. Everything was here, but there was one main issue. What was Mira going to be? The girl had never worn a costume before, and in fact, had no idea on what would even suit her.

"Ah, uhm. W-what are you going to be, Marina?" she asked, silently hoping that she could get some ideas off of what the other may be doing, or at least have some sort of suggestion thrown her way. Mira had no idea what she was doing, and honestly, she needed help.

She had already started designing her costume, shifting through the fabric and starting to stitch together something. It didn't have to be the best but she was trying to make sure that it was at least passable for what she wanted to look like. So she had some white fabric she was stitching together to make a dress. If she was even able to do it properly she was going to try and tatter it up a bit, tearing it in some places to give it a more worn look. Some how stain it with mud and blood to give it that more scary appeal. Ideas wrapped around in her head and she lightly moved some fake blood closer to herself before a voice as light as air lifted up to meet her ears. Twitching the audits she would pull herself from her work and turn her gaze toward the one that spoke to her. Mirabella. Ah, she remembered when she had first joined and a light smile pulled across pale lips as she dropped the makings of her dress. To be honest she didn't really know what she wanted to be for Halloween and their mass trick or treating session. Perhaps they should throw a costume party with all of their allies and she debated before shaking her head a little bit. "I don't really know, Mira. Do ya have any ideas for yaself? I think this is like my second time actually celebrating halloween" Frankly she could be a bat, that sounded kind of fun but she had no idea how to make wings and that would be the biggest part of the costume. But she wanted to do it now more than anything.
