It was time that she left after resting, so she did. The young Varco-Schmidt had traveled a long way. First, her mother and father disappeared-- in thin air, it seemed. And then she followed soon after them, not knowing where she was or how she had gotten there. A shame, really. Blue eyes scan the area in front of her, what lead to an observatory it seemed. Good, she was getting tired. Someone likely set up shop there. The vampire lets out a yawn as she sits down. "Hi. Ma chiamo Edelweiss. Can I join?" Her voice was calm and quiet, as she had no idea who was with here.

Luckily for the stranger, the young halo had been restocking some of the first aid stations nearby and caught the scent of a newcomer on the wind. "Bonjour!" she greets sweetly, nimble limbs swiftly carrying her over to greet the unknown person. From her friendly demeanor and casual warmth, no one would ever no how wary she truly is of strangers. But in spite of her personal fears, Peri does her best to overlook them and instead focus on the belief that everyone is a good person until proven otherwise. "Of course, you may join, ma cherie. My name is Imperia Arceneau--it is a pleasure to meet you." she lowers her head in an elegant bow before righting her posture and fixing those brilliant silver eyes upon Edelweiss. "Do you have any other questions or concerns?"

Had Bugsy traveled a long way? Eh, yeah. Considerably. The city was nowhere near here, and while he sometimes missed the stench of garbage and the chorus of human footsteps on the cracked sidewalks, perhaps it was for the best. His family's influence wouldn't be able to tempt him out here. It was like taking a vacation from his old life, though far longer than one would plan.

"Ma Chiamo Edelwiess." Well well well, was that a foreign tongue that he heard? And one that he recognized, by the sound of it. Bugsy, now quite interested in the young one that had presented herself upon the border, made his way over by the lovely medic. It seemed that she knew another language as well. Sporting a lopsided smile, he figured that he'd jump aboard the bilingual train and greet the pup, "The name's Bugsy. È un piacere.[sup]1[/sup]" Bugsy knew bits and pieces of the Italian language, as it was often used in the area that he had grown up in. His relatives spoke it, and he had been taught basic phrases when he was younger. He never bothered to learn much more of it, unfortunately.

He gave a glance to Imperia before looking back down at Edelwiess. She had basically asked the necessary questions, so he'd leave that up to her to handle.
