CLAN PLOT

Hey everyone so I have been planning to do with the Typhoon concerning clan wide plots and history and this is currently what I was thinking! When Pincher comes back, he will create a new ranking system (already changed it in the guide). Pincher is going to be resurrected by Necks(a water spirit similar to that of a Siren in Greek mythology) that come from Norse mythology and allows him to return but at a price. The Norse gods (mainly the sea ones) demand that they become the new religion for Typhoon instead of the Haitian one. Pincher refuses at first bc he thinks that they aren't real gods but the Norse gods then send a tsunami that hits the island, flooding it for a few days (3 days at max) and the typhoon have to go into higher ground to avoid the dangers in the water. The tsunami will strike in July 1st and I was wondering what your thoughts are about this plot !! If you have any recommendations or suggestions feel free to state them here.

i like the plot! i do think that the voodoo religion is more interesting than norse, but the plot itself is heking rad fam

But of you want my two cents, I'm always down for mythology - an Norse mythology is cool af and this sounds pretty bad ass tbh.

alrighty since we all agree that this sounds good, the tsunami will strike when pinch holds the meeting on sunday, july 1st (^;
so a little bit of info about this is that due to the tsunami, the crew will have to abandon barracuda bay for a while due to the sudden rise of water which brings a lot of more dangerous creatures (sharks/jellyfish/barracudas/sirens/etc.) so this will lead the crew to go live in the jungle for a while in the treehouses. i know a lot of people may not know all the home locations for the typhoon (warfare=ship/commune=beach huts/medicine=treehouses) so i was wondering if you guys either want there to be the freedom of having the options of ship/beach/treehouses or the typhoon deciding to live in treehouses from now on.

also thoughts about making a tradition of having members creating "sails stories". this is where one is to create a sail and on the sail, paint whats important in their life. we could either have it just be a fun tradition open for anyone or it being a sort of reward of gaining a title.

o: yesss i like the three different camps idea, though i think it'd be best to leave it up for the individual to choose where they live?

also, maybe make the sail stories an optional thing? tbh rosemary wouldn't be interested in doing it even if she got promoted to a rank where doing so was a reward.

As an aside and an idea but why not have the typhoon build like a 'floating camp' like those floating villages that exist on the sea? But have it like on and near the beach as a new camp idea while everything else gets rebuilt?

I can't remember the name of it but I've def seen on tv a community that lived on like a floating man made wooden town thing so I thought I'd mention it as an idea :0
