LINGRÉ FAMILY ? GOLD IN PEACE, STEEL IN WAR !
The House of Lingré - a House belonging to the fierce lineage of the Lingré, a collection of old-blood gods and their descendants. These few are known to be talented in war and battle, with several figures of leadership and spies amongst their ranks, calling for a mixed view of the family. The Family and House are known for their specializations in combat, espionage, and leadership, often turning out practical figures ready to take their place in history. The Lingré Family and House are extremely prideful of their members and relatives, and are known for harsh training practices. They strive for a high level of perfection, and to have a hand in affairs everywhere. They are also known to be information brokers, splitting off into mercenaries and spies, bringing information back to the top most ranks for their discernment. The Family can be hired for their espionage talents, and their ability to seemingly git into any surrounds. The motto that the House and Family rally around is "Gold in Peace, Steel in War."
The Family and House take in those willing to train under them, swearing them to complete secrecy about any knowledge that they glean in their time with them. Betrayal is taken seriously by these few, and punishments are harsh. Those taken in by this Family are thoroughly trained in the arts of combat, espionage and the talent of leadership, graduating as fully fledged members of their own respective groups. The most highly recognized of their members bear special tattoos, bestowed by the Head or a member that the Head chooses to carry out in their place. This House and Family is known to be competitive, encouraging duels between all kinds of members. The House and Family are made up of adopted members, blood-line members, and any who work for them.
The House and Family of Lingré proudly bear a banner of purple and golden hue upon which is depicted a rose blooming before a sun. This insignia functions as the Family Crest and House Banner, and is displayed within the home of the current Head/Mountain Master.
