Come sing a happy little working song // spring cleaning and discovery contest

WHAT A PRIVILEGE IT IS TO LOVE — There were lots of things about the tunnels that they didn't know. Jacob wasn't a big fan of that fact. Personally, he wasn't willing to dive into the deeper parts of the caves because he couldn't see in the dark and taking a torch or something was completely out of the question for him. Still, he knew they couldn't pretend there were possibly hundreds of unknown places and creatures in these tunnels and they couldn't just stay oblivious to all of it. For all he knew, there could be a grove somewhere of underground herbs or a nice pond to catch fish or something. He had no idea what could be down here, he'd never lived in tunnels before. That was what inspired him to think about having some of his clanmates look around past what they'd already established as their homes and the central cavern they currently used. Well, that and things in the main cavern itself needed a bit of sprucing up. Having lived in the city, Jacob was very familiar with spring cleaning, which usually brought reorganization and redecoration. So, he'd gathered as many decorations as he could find and some cleaning supplies and made his way out into the central cavern, setting it all down.

"Alright everyone, we're gonna' do a bit ah' spring cleanin' today. If ya' aren't familiar with that, it jus' means we're gonna' make sure everythin's all tidy n' maybe reorganize n' decorate a bit. I got all these supplies out but if ya' need anythin' else, jus' lemme' know. Also, I want ya'll ta' take a look at the areas of the cave we aren't familiar with. Ya' don' gotta' go too far if ya' don' wanna' n' make sure ya' know your way back. If ya' need ta', make sure ya' tag along with someone else. When your done, jus' report back 'ere with what ya' found n' what ya' did. I wanna' get a better idea ah' what kinda' things n' places might be in these tunnels," he explained. With that, he stepped away to make sure everyone could get to the supplies he'd set out.

//so this is a oneshot contest of sorts! the idea is to create some new rooms/landmarks for snowbound to help expand the caves a little bit. you can choose to either have your character redecorate a current space (or find a replacement for that space) or you can have them discover an entirely new area! whatever you want to do with this is completely up to you, just be creative with it and have some fun! on May 16th, I'll close this contest and then we'll pick the first, second, and third place winners by popular vote (via a poll in the ooc board). Please include the name of your room either at the top or bottom of your post so that it can be easily identified in that poll.

first: the room will be added to the guide and 20,000 gems.

Also, i have a quick question: are we adding rooms just to the tunnels or can it be anywhere in the territory?

//i was just thinking tunnels but if you'd like, i don't see why your character couldn't wander somewhere else in the territory! so yeah, going elsewhere in the territory would be fine!
