Coming across a child was not something he had expected if he was being honest. He was still trying to make himself comfortable around this place and this territory. And somehow he had come across a child that was weeping and terrified. Some would have instincts to go and comfort the child but he stood there for a moment and watched. Taking a deep breath in he finally moved forward, thoughtfully. The being whose pelt was made of water allowed himself to approach and he lowered his head. Eyes of white looked over the kid then to make sure that there was nothing wrong with him, there seemed to be no injuries perhaps. Yet he did notice his strange features. "Kid. Hey kid, are you okay?" He asked with a tone that lacked too much warmth but there was understanding there.

His tail settled against his own paws and he glanced around before frowning a little. "You've found Typhoon lands. I'm sure we can take you in and keep you safe from whatever that is causing you stress."
